EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) for
DEPLOYMENT OF VEHICLES AT KHARGONE STPP
BACKGROUND INTRODUCTION:
NTPC Ltd. is the largest electricity generation company in India, setting up ( 2 X 660 MW units) Khargone Super Thermal Power Project, at Village- Selda & Dalchi, Block- Bedia, District: Khargone of Madhya Pradesh.
OBJECTIVE
SCOPE OF WORK
The scope of work is for deployment of Vehicles at Khargone STPP.
PURPOSE OF INVITING EOI
Through this EOI, NTPC intends to indentify the probable agencies in and around Khargone, who are interested in deployment of vehicles at Khargone STPP.
ELIGIBILITY:
Agency(s) of repute who meet any of the following criteria are invited to submit their application for Expression of lnterest (EOI):
1.The Vehicles should be 2016 model.
2.i) For non A.C. Vehicle the make and model shall be hardtop of 'Mahindra Bolero SLE' or any other superior model (diesel run), having commercial registration / Taxi permit.
ii) For A. C. vehicle model shall be Xylo/Scorpio/Innova. (Diesel run)
3.Vehicle(s) should be owned by the agency [sole or joint or associates].
4.In case the agency does not own the vehicle as per the criteria at Sl. No. (3), the agency may quote with an undertaking that they (sole or joint or associates) would
purchase new vehicle and deploy the vehicle(s) as per instructions of EIC within the Three (03) weeks from the date of award of contract.
5.The agency should be an individual/ company/ firm or a registered society having a PAN No and Service Tax registration No. However the small service providers who are exempted from Service tax may also submit their bid certifying that they are exempted from Service Tax.
6.The deployed vehicle must be fully and comprehensively insured covering the risk to the driver and all passengers also.
7.The vehicle must have all relevant documents like Registration Book/ Driving License/ Insurance/ Road Tax receipt/ Permit Fee/ Pollution Certificate/ Passenger Tax / Border Tax etc. as applicable.
8.Agency may quote maximum three number and minimum 2 numbers of vehicles. They are required to indicate the number of vehicles to be offered for deployment.
9.Agency shall require to furnish employee card of driver, details of PF contribution and payment of minimum wages to driver along with bill for release of payment.
SUBMISSION OF EOI:
Agencies are required to submit the information as mentioned below in their application for EOI. The details should be submitted along with supporting documents.

You may note that NTPC reserves the right, solely at its discretion to modify or annul the process without assigning any reason whatsoever.
The interest agency(s) may submit their application to EOI up to 16:00 hrs on 30.06.2016 on their letter head along with required information in original with three(03) copies in sealed cover super scribing "Expression of lnterest (EOI)” for Deployment of Vehicles at Khargone STPP at the address given below:

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) for
DEPLOYMENT OF VEHICLES AT KHARGONE STPP
The Detailed "Expression of Interest" (EOI) document can be obtained / downloaded free of cost from the C&M Dept. / from the NTPC's website (www.ntpctender.com). All expression of interest must conform to the guidelines set out in the detailed EOI document. The last date for submission of application to EOI is up to 16:00 hrs on 30.06.2016.
