NTPC Limited invites applications from eligible domestic vendors for the above mentioned procurement for Kudgi Super Thermal Power Project of Western Region-I.

Documents can be freely downloadable from 18.05.2016 to 08.06.2016 (upto 18:00 hrs IST).

Application for Enlistment/Registration duly filled in (alongwith all the required documents) shall be received upto 1500 Hrs (IST) on 20.06.2016 at NTPC Kudgi site office. Any change in last date for submission of application will be published only in our following websites.

4.7The information sought shall be filled in completely and wherever not applicable it should be written as “Not Applicable”.

4.8A prospective Applicant requiring any clarification to the Enlistment documents may notify the same through e-mail or in writing by post as per detail address given below. NTPC Kudgi will respond to any request for clarification that it receives not later than Seven (07) days prior to the deadline for submission of application prescribed by the NTPC.

4.9The Applicant may modify, substitute or withdraw his original application for Enlistment after its submission, but in any case before the specified deadline for submission. For doing so, a corresponding written notice of the modification or substitution or withdrawal has to be submitted by the Applicant to the Employer prior to the last date notified for receipt of the applications.

No applications shall be modified, substituted or withdrawn by the Applicant subsequent to the last date notified for receipt of the applications.

4.10Any information/data furnished by the Applicant found to be incorrect or false of misleading at any point of time would render him liable to be debarred from the Enlistment.

4.11NTPC reserves the right to cross check and confirm the information /details furnished by the Applicant.

4.12Last date for submission of application for empanelment/registration completed in all respect alongwith necessary documents is 20.06.2016 till 1500 hrs. (IST). Any change in last date for submission of application will be published only in our websites.

4.13Make sure that the duly completed application (alongwith all the required documents) is reached NTPC Kudgi site office well in advance of the time & date specified.

4.14Applicant’s attention is drawn that during the period, the applications are under consideration, the applicant is advised to refrain from contacting by any means, the Employer and/or his employees/representatives on matters related to the applications under consideration. Any effort by an Applicant to influence the Employer’s processing of applications for Enlistment will result in the rejection of the Applicant’s application for Enlistment/Registrations.

During the evaluation of the Applications, the Employer may, at its discretion, ask the Applicant for clarification to the applications including documentary evidences.

5.0EVALUATION CRITERIA FOR ENLISTMENT

5.1The enlistment is being done for “Hiring of Ambulance” and vendors interested in enlistment for “Hiring of Ambulance” shall submit application with documentary evidence towards meeting the Qualifying Requirements.

QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS

2.A) The Vendor who wishes to get enlisted shall satisfactorily establish that he fulfills the Qualifying Requirements stipulated hereunder:

1.0The Vendor should have executed the contract for “Hiring of 24-Hour Ambulance vehicle/ Mobile medical van” for a minimum period of one (01) year in the past seven (07) years ending on 31.12.2015 with following contract values.

a)Single executed/completed contract value of not less than Rs.10.6 Lacs.

OR

b)Two executed/completed contracts of each having value not less than Rs.6.6 Lacs.

OR

c)Three executed/completed contracts of each having value not less than Rs.5.3 Lacs

2.0Financial Criteria:

The average annual turnover of the Vendor, in the preceding three (3) financial years (ie FY 2012-13, FY 2013-14 and FY 2014-15) shall not be less than Rs.6.6 Lacs (Indian Rupees Six Lakhs Sixty Thousands only).

Notes:

i)The word “executed” means that the bidder should have achieved the progress specified in the QR para above 2.A(1.0) even if total contract is not completed/ closed. The same shall be supported by documentary evidence issued by the owner/ employer.

ii)The Vendor has to furnish audited financial statements in support of turnover. If audited results for the preceding financial years are not available, certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall also be considered acceptable.

In case the Vendor is not able to submit the Certificate from practicing Chartered Accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of three consecutive financial years preceding last financial year has to be furnished.

Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.

iii)The bidder shall submit documentary evidence/proof of meeting qualifying requirements stipulated above.

2.B) Notwithstanding anything stated above, the Employer reserves the right to assess the capabilities and capacity of the Bidder / his collaborators / associates / subsidiaries / group companies to perform the contract, should the circumstances warrant such assessment in the overall interest of the Employer.
