5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

Procurement of Major Spares for Flame Tube & Combustion Chamber for Gas Turbine (GT).

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

Bidder should meet the qualifying requirements clause 1.1 OR 1.2 OR 1.3 AND 1.4 AND 1.5 as stipulated hereunder:-

1.1	The bidder should be the Original Equipment Manufacturer	(OEM) of	Siemens design Gas	Turbines Model No.
V94.2 installed at NTPC Dadri Gas Power Station.
1.2	The bidder should be manufacturer of Gas Turbine Hot Gas	Path Components and must either himself possess or
have	access to the necessary technology for manufacturing GT	Flame Tube	Components (Burner	Insert Ring, Lower

perforated Body Plate & Tile Support Rings) & Combustion chamber spares (Mixing Chamber Cooling/Adaptor Rings and manhole inserts) for Siemens design Gas Turbine Model No. V 94.2 installed at NTPC Dadri Gas Power Station having ISO rating of 142.2 MW at TIT of 1060 Deg. C.

AND

The bidder should have manufactured and supplied at least two (2) sets of GT Flame Tube Components (Burner Insert Rings, Lower perforated Body Plate and Tile Support Rings) and combustion chamber Spares (Mixing Chamber Cooling /

Adaptor Rings and Manhole Inserts)	for Siemens design Gas	Turbine of minimum 100MW ISO rating, which should
have individually completed successful operation of at least one Hot Gas Path Inspection (HGPI) or				major overhaul
(Minimum 15,000 EOH) prior to the date of techno- commercial bid opening.
Note:
For the specified job as above, the bidder at his opinion		can also outsource any	of the activities required for
manufacturing of GT Flame Tube	Components (Burner Insert	Rings, Lower Perforated	Body Plate &	Tile Supporting

Rings) and Combustion Chamber Spares (Mixing Chamber Cooling / Adapter Rings and Mainhole			Inserts)	subject	to	the
condition that the chosen outsource agency by the bidder also has the necessary		technology for	manufacturing		of	GT
Flame Tube Components (Burner Insert Rings, Lower Perforated Body Plate and		Tile Support	Rings)	& Combustion
Chamber Spares (Mixing Chamber Cooling/ Adaptor Rings and	manhole inserts) for Siemens design Gas			Turbine	Model
No. V 94.2 installed at NTPC Dadri Gas Power Station having	ISO rating of 142.2 MW with TIT		of 1060 Deg . C.

1.3The Bidder can be a licensee or Authorized agent of Gas Turbine Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for Gas Turbine Model V 94.2 installed at NTPC Dadri Gas Power Station. In such case, the bidder can be considered qualified based on the experience of the Principal who meets the requirements mentioned at Para 1.1 above.

1.4The bidder should have executed the supply of Gas Turbine Components meeting any one of following criteria as on the date of bid opening:

i)Single (1) order of contract valve not less than Rs. 18.20 Million or in equivalent foreign currency.

OR

ii) Two (2) orders, each or contract value not less than Rs. 11.38 Million or in equivalent foreign currency. OR

iii)Three (3) orders, each of contact value not less than Rs. 9.10 Million or in equivalent foreign currency.

1.5 The average annual turnover of the bidder for the preceding three (3) completed financial years as on date of bid opening shall not be less than Rs. 22.75 Million or in equivalent foreign currency.

Note:

a. Bidder may submit offer for few or all the items of the enquiry depending upon their ability to meet the QR for that portion. In case of submission of offer for part items, bidder shall have to meet the QR requirement only for that portion of supply.

b.#Similar work# means any work which includes supply of GT Major Capital Spares for GT Combustion Chamber including Flame Tubes.

c.The word #executed# mentioned above means the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified above, even if the

total contract is started	earlier and/or is not completed /closed.
d. In case of orders	under execution,	the value of work executed till the date of opening of techno # commercial
proposal as certified by	the client shall	be considered.
