bidder would require

vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained

by submitting a questionnaire

available at our SRM

site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not

allotted any vendor code are required to

approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale

alongwith duly filled in questionnare for

issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

2.0

Bidder should be registered /working with any Public Sector Undertaking/ Government / Semi-Government

organization or a reputed private company /organization.

3.0

The bidder must have executed Annual Maintenance Work of Control & Instrumentation Systems in

any of the Gas

or Coal based Thermal Power Plant with a Unit Capacity not less than 100 MW.

4.0

The bidder should have experience of having Executed Annually above type of works within the preceding Seven (7)

years as on the date of Bid opening, meeting the following as per its estimated cost:-

One similar executed works of value not less than Rs. 19.75 Lacs

OR

Two similar executed works of value not less than Rs. 12.35 Lacs

OR

Three similar executed works of value not less than Rs 9.88 Lacs

5.0

Bidder's average annual turnover during the preceding three financial years i.e. 2012- 13 & 2013-

14 & 2014- 15

as on the date of technical bid opening shall not be less than Rs. 24.69 Lac.

6.0

Bidder should have a valid Provident Fund Code Number & PAN from IT Department. The bidder should have

Service Tax Registration.

Notes:

# The word executed means that the

bidder should have

achieved the progress specified in the QR even if

the total

contract is not completed/ closed.

# Other income shall not be considered

for arriving at annual turnover.

#

In cases where audited results for the last preceding

financial year are not available, certification of

financial

statements from a practicing chartered

accountant shall also be considered acceptable. In case, Bidder is not

able to

submit the certificate from

practicing chartered accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results

of three

consecutive financial years preceding the

last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters.

Bidder has to submit all

documentary

evidence in support

of the above requirements

(QR). Bidders wishing to provide

additional reference works are required to declare the same in

similar

format which

shall

be

additionally attached.

However, bidders are

not permitted to quote more than nine

(9) number

of

reference

works for

this

purpose.

The

Employer

at its discretion may seek any clarification

and/or documentary evidence only in

respect

of

the

reference

Joint Ventures/ Consortiums not permitted for bidding

7.1

NSIC / SSI unit registered in

Haryana

state

and Registered Cooperative

Societies, for

the

items / services for which

such

unitsare registered, shall be

exempted

from

payment of cost of tender

documents,

Bid

Security / Earnest Money

Deposit provided the quoted

value of the tender is within the monetary limit for the said unit set by NSIC. This shall be

subject to submission of a

self certified legible copy of

valid

registration certificate giving details, such as items /

services for which registered,

validity, monetary limits etc.

in the

EMD envelope.
