1.0 NTPC invites on-line bids from eligible Bidders for aforesaid package, as per the scope of work briefly mentioned hereinafter:

3.0Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the

stipulated bid	submission closing	date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security
and Integrity	Pact (if applicable)	shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at Faridabad or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site

(https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the			bidder would require
vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained	by submitting a questionnaire		available at our SRM
site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not		allotted any vendor code are required to
approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale	Close date	alongwith duly filled in questionnare for
issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0 Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail Detail scope of work is attached in C-folder

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

1.0 The bidder should be a manufacture of IP based CCTV system. or

The bidder should be a subsidiary/ authorized channel partner/ authorized dealer of the manufacturer of IP based CCTV system. Such bidder should be duly authorized by the OEM for this tender. If a bidder is subsidiary / authorized channel

partner/ authorized dealer, he must have valid after				sales	support tie	up with the manufacturer and	service	centre	in
India.
2.0	The	bidder should have executed the	work of	supply, erecction		& commissioning of IP based	CCTV	system	in
India	in the	preceding 7 years as on the date	of opening of		Techno-commercial proposal.

Three similar works each valuing not less than Rs 13.01 Lacs or

Two similar works each valuing not less than Rs 16.27 Lacs or

One similar work valuing not less than Rs 26.03 Lacs Note:-

3.1Similar works means any work which includes supply, erection & commissioning of IP based CCTV system.

3.2	The work executed mentioned above means the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified above, even if
the total contract is started earlier and/or is not completed/ closed.
3.3	In case of orders under execution, the value of work executed till the date of opening of Techno-Commercial
proposal as certified by the client shall be considered.
4.0	The average annual turnover of the bidder/his principal during last three (3) financial years ending on 31st March
2015	should not be less than INR 32.54 lakhs.

5.0Bidder should have a valid PAN from IT Department. The bidder should have service tax registration.

NOTE:

The

relevant

documents such as Letter of Award proof of execution of work etc

shall be submitted along with

bid.

All claims

need to be supported by

documentary evidence and necessary

contact

details

including

names,

telephone

numbers and email id of customers.

The

reference

works

whose details have

been declared as per the

specified

format

the

relevant

attachment (i.e.

Attachment No.

12)

shall only be considered to ascertain the bidder#s

compliance

the

specified

Qualifying

Requirement (QR). Bidders wishing to provide additional reference works are required to

declare

the

same

similar

format

which

shall

be additionally attached. However, bidders

are

not permitted

quote

more than

nine (9)

number of reference works for this purpose.

The

Employer

its

discretion may seek any clarification and/or documentary evidence only in respect of the reference

works

as mentioned

above. However, no change or substitution of

the reference works

by new/additional

work for

conforming to the specified Qualifying Requirement shall be sought, offered or permitted.

Joint Ventures/ Consortiums not permitted for bidding

7.1 NSIC / SSI unit

registered in Haryana state and Registered Cooperative Societies, for the items / services for which

such

unitsare

registered, shall be exempted

from payment of cost of

tender

documents, Bid

Security

/ Earnest

Money

Deposit provided the quoted	value of the tender is within the monetary limit for the said unit set by NSIC. This shall be
subject to submission of a		self certified legible copy of	valid	registration certificate giving details, such as items /
services for which registered,		validity, monetary limits etc.	in the	EMD envelope.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without

assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
