1.0 NTPC invites on-line bids from eligible Bidders for aforesaid package, as per the scope of work briefly mentioned hereinafter:

3.0Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the

stipulated bid	submission closing	date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security
and Integrity	Pact (if applicable)	shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at Faridabad or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site

(https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the			bidder would require
vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained	by submitting a questionnaire		available at our SRM
site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not		allotted any vendor code are required to
approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale	Close date	alongwith duly filled in questionnare for
issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0 Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail Detail scope of work is attached in C-folder

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

a) The bidder should have designed, manufactured and commissioned turbogenerator of capacity 100 MVA or above and the turbo generator should be in successful operation for minimum 02 (two) years prior to date of bid opening

OR
Bidder should have carried out the complete rewinding		job of capacity	100	MVA or above turbogenerator which should
be in successful	operation for minimum 02 (two) years	prior to date of	bid	opening
b) The bidder should have executed any one of the following similar			work during the preceding seven years from the
date of techno-	commercial bid opening:

i)One similar executed works of value not less than Rs. 120 Lacs

ii)Two similar executed works of value not less than Rs. 75 Lacs

iii)Three similar executed works of value not less than Rs 60 Lacs

c)	The	average	annual turn-	over	of the Bidder in the preceding three financial years i.e. 2014- 15, 2013- 14 & 2012-
13	shall	not be	less than Rs.	150	Lacs,

Notes:

# Similar work means any work which includes #COMPLETE GENERATOR REWINDING# of capacity 100 MVA or

above turbogenerator
# The word executed means that the			bidder should have	achieved the progress specified in the QR even if	the total
contract is not completed/ closed.
# Other income shall not be considered			for arriving at annual turnover.
#	In cases where audited results for the last preceding			financial year are not available, certification of	financial
statements from a practicing chartered			accountant shall also be considered acceptable. In case, Bidder is not		able to
submit the certificate from		practicing chartered accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results			of three
consecutive financial years preceding the			last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters.
#	Bidder has to submit all	documentary	evidence in support	of the above requirements

#NTPC has the right to assess capability & capacity of the bidder.

NOTE:		The relevant	documents such as Letter of Award proof	of execution of work			etc	shall be submitted along with
bid.	All	claims need	to be supported by documentary evidence	and	necessary	contact	details		including	names, telephone
numbers and email id of customers.
The	reference works		whose details have been declared as per	the	specified	format	in	the	relevant	attachment (i.e.

Annexure No. 12) shall only be considered to ascertain the bidder#s compliance to the specified Qualifying Requirement

(QR). Bidders wishing to provide				additional reference works are required to declare the same in		similar	format which
shall	be	additionally attached.		However, bidders are	not permitted to quote more than nine	(9) number		of	reference
works for		this	purpose.
The	Employer		at its discretion may seek any clarification		and/or documentary evidence only in	respect	of	the	reference

works as mentioned above. However, no change or substitution of the reference works by new/additional work for conforming to the specified Qualifying Requirement shall be sought, offered or permitted.

Joint Ventures/ Consortiums not permitted for bidding
7.1 NSIC / SSI unit	registered in Haryana	state and Registered Cooperative		Societies, for the	items	/	services for	which
such unitsare registered, shall be exempted		from payment of cost of	tender documents, Bid		Security		/ Earnest	Money
Deposit provided the	quoted value of the tender is within the monetary		limit	for the said unit	set by	NSIC. This shall be

subject to submission of a	self certified legible copy of	valid	registration certificate giving details, such as items /
services for which registered,	validity, monetary limits etc.	in the	EMD envelope.
