3.0Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the

stipulated bid

submission closing

date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security

and Integrity

Pact (if applicable)

shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at RAIPUR or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site

(https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the

bidder would require

vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained

by submitting a questionnaire

available at our SRM

site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not

allotted any vendor code are required to

approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale

alongwith duly filled in questionnare for

issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

 

 

 

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

The scope of

work includes developing

the

interiors of the office space of approximate 14000-14500 sqft area (core and

shell type) as

per the conceptual layout

and

scheme. The work shall include:

#Interior work related to false ceiling, partition works, folding/collapsible wall partition, wall and decorative paneling

works, wooden flooring (part area), kitchen and pantry works, putty and painting works.

#Internal electrification system with main & distribution panels, LED light and fixtures and cabling works including fire alarm system.

#LAN/IT, telephones, PA system cabling works.

The above works shall be in conjunction with the tender drawings, schedule of quantities and specification

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

The bidders who wish to participate in the bidding shall satisfactorily establish that they fulfill the following Qualifying Requirement:

5.1 TECHNICAL CRITERIA:

5.1.1: The bidder should have executed interior works of Corporate Offices / Public Buildings with internal electrification

works during the preceding seven (7) years reckoned as on date of techno-commercial

bid opening as per following

details:

 

 

 

Executed value not less than Rs 64.00 Lacs in a single contract,

 

 

 

OR

 

 

 

Executed value not less than Rs 40.00 Lacs in two contracts each,

 

 

 

OR

 

 

 

Executed value not less than Rs 32.00 Lacs in three contracts each.

 

 

 

The scope of interior works executed by the bidder should include Partitions works with

wood/glass/gypsum boards

and

false ceiling works.

 

 

 

The word #executed# means that the bidder should have achieved the

criteria specified in

the QR even if the contract is

not completed / closed. In case of contracts, under the execution, as on the date of techno-commercial bid opening,

the

value of the work executed till such date will be considered provided

the same is certified

by the employer.

 

5.1.2: Bidder who has executed contract of interior works without Internal Electrification works but otherwise meet the

technical requirement at 5.1 above,

can

also participate provided he

ties up with an electrical agency

to undertake the

internal electrical work as per scope

of work. The electrical agency should have executed contracts of value not less than

Rs 21.00 Lacs in one or maximum

two

contract(s) involving internal

electrification work of Corporate

Offices / Public

Buildings, during the preceding seven (7) years as on the date of techno-commercial bid opening. Bidder shall submit along with his bid an undertaking from the electrical agency that in case the work is awarded to the bidder, the electrical

agency will execute the internal electrical/electrification works

for

the bidder. Bidder shall also

submit

the

qualifying

details of the electrical agency along with his bid. In case the

bidder fails to submit the undertaking

from

the

electrical

agency his bids shall stand rejected.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5.2 FINANCIAL CRITERIA:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5.2.1: The average annual turnover of the bidder

in

the

preceding three (3) financial years

as

on

the

date of

techno-commercial bid opening shall not be less than

Rs

80.00

Lacs

(Rupees Eighty Lacs Only).

 

 

 

 

5.2.2: In case where audited results for the last financial year as on the date of techno-commercial bid opening are not

available, the

financial

results certified

by practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable. In case, bidder

is not able to

submit

the certificate

from the practising Chartered Accountant certifying its financial parameters, the

audited results of three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the

financial parameters. Further, a certificate shall be submitted by the bidder from the CEO /

CFO as per the format

enclosed in the bid documents, stating that

the financial

results of the

company

are under

audit as on the date of

techno-commercial bid opening and the certificate from

the practicing

chartered

accountant

certifying the financial

parameters is

not available.

 

 

 

 

 

NOTE: Other

income shall not be considered

for arriving at annual turnover.

 

 

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such

action.
