3.0Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the

stipulated bid	submission closing	date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security
and Integrity	Pact (if applicable)	shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at Not Given. or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site

(https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the			bidder would require
vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained	by submitting a questionnaire		available at our SRM
site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not		allotted any vendor code are required to
approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale	Close date	alongwith duly filled in questionnare for
issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

SUPPLY OF AIR INTAKE FILTERS FOR SIEMENS-V94.2 GAS TURBINE

1.AIR INTAKE FILTER CARTRIDGE (BIG SIZE), SIZE-950*340, NON WASHABLE TYPE

2.AIR INTAKE FILTER CARTRIDGE (SMALL SIZE), SIZE-864*340, NON WASHABLE TYPE

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

1.0 Bidder should be a regular manufacturer of Air Intake Filter Cartridges of Gas Turbine & should have:

a.An automatic pleating machine for pleating of filter media.

b.Testing facilities as per ARAMCO materials systems specifications No.32-AMSS-008.

2.0 The bidder should have supplied atleast 1200 Nos. of Air Intake Filter Cartridges for Gas Turbine of minimum 30MW capacity to a Govt./Semi Govt./PSUs/Power Sector/Public Ltd. Co. in any one year during last 03 years, as on

date of techno commercial bid opening including one	single order of not less than 01 complete set of Air Intake Filters
for one Gas Turbine of minimum 30MW capacity in	the same time.

3.0 The bidder must provide details of set in terms of Nos. contained in a set, capacity of Gas Turbine and guarantee/ warrantee period positively, failing which it shall be construed that bidder is not meeting Q.R.

4.0 The bidder should have executed any one of	the	following similar work		during the preceding	seven(07)	years from
the date of techno commercial bid opening:
i)One similar order valuing not less than Rs. 91.53 Lacs
OR
ii) Two similar orders each valuing not less than Rs 57.20 Lacs.
OR
iii) Three similar orders each valuing not less than Rs. 45.76 Lacs.
5.0 The average annual turnover of the bidder	in	the	preceding three(3)	financial years as on	the date	of techno
commercial bid opening shall not be less than Rs.	114.41		Lacs.

Note:

a.#Similar works# means any work which includes supply of #Air Intake Filter Cartridges for Gas Turbine of minimum 30MW capacity#.

b.The work #executed# mentioned above means the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified above, even if the total contract is started earlier and/or is not completed/closed.

c.	In case	of	orders under execution, the value of work executed till the date of opening of techno-commercial proposal
as	certified	by	the client shall be considered.

d.While computing the annual turnover other income shall not be considered.

e.In case where audited results for the last financial year as on the date of technical bid opening are not available, the

financial results certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable. In case, Bidder is not able


to submit the Certificate from practicing Chartered Accountant		certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of
three consecutive financial	years preceding the last financial	year shall be considered for evaluating the financial
parameters. Further, a certificate would be required from CEO/CFO			as per the format enclosed in the bidding documents
stating that financial results	of the company are under audit as on		the date of Techno-commercial bid opening and the
certificate from the practising Chartered accountant certifying the		financial parameters is not available.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without

assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
