EQUIPMENTS INVOLVED

The equipment under consideration consists of

1.Bottom ash

system

in stage-II consist of dry

bottom,

water impacted

bottom

ash

hoppers,

clinker

crusher

and

accessories supplied by M/S DCIPS.

2.Fly

ash system in

stage-II consist of ESP and

APH

hoppers

evacuation

system

consisting of

valves, ash conveying

lines,

collecting

tank

and associated

equipments

supplied

by

M/S

TECPRO.

JOBS IN BRIEF

In general the contract involves carrying out of

various

overhauling

works

inside the Bottom Ash hopper, Clinker

Crushers and Feed Gates and Fly ash system for

four units

of

stage-II

during

their

scheduled periodical overhauling

for

FY 2016-18.

Overhauling jobs include erection & removal

of

scaffolding

for inspection

& refractory job, refractory

removal by

and reassembling and re-fixing the components like valves, bends, nozzles, pipes and fittings,

etc. in both fly

ash and

bottom ash systems.

Most of the work will be carried above normal height. Hence, workers need to have adequate

skill and must be insured

and informed to safely work in challenging conditions. Moreover mobilization is required at a

very short notice

keeping

machines, refractory gunning machine

with experienced operators and consumables like gases and welding electrodes,

cotton waste and cleaning agents required for the job as per the scope of work.

To meet the requirements arising out

of emergency situations and for any other jobs not listed in the scheduled BOQ,

the contractor has to deploy extra man

days as per the instruction of EIC.

Turn

over: The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (3) completed financial years shall not be

less

than Rs.45.53 Lakh.

(i)

The

bidder

should

have executed /completed similar works during last seven (7) years ending last day of month

previous

to the

date of

NIT having minimum contract values as indicated below :

a)

One

order

of
