3.0 Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at New Delhi or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

The scope of work includes supply, installation & commissioning of one(1) no. of seamless video wall with dimension of 9.6 meters x 1.8 meters based on fine pitch LED including following components/accessories as minimum:

a)Video wall controller (in redundant configuration) along with required Wall management software. b)Redundant display interface hardware.

c)Power Supply distribution hardware for video wall (in redundant configuration). d)Mounting Stand/Frame suitable for above video wall.

e)Other mounting accessories, optical component, Graphic adapters etc.

f)Cables (communication as well as power cables) along with connectors, Conduits & laying.

g)Special tools & tackles to install, commission & maintain the video wall including tools for replacement of single or multiple LED display module & video wall calibration tool.

h)Associated civil work for video wall.

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

7.1The bidder should have executed any one of the following works in preceding seven years as on the date of opening of Techno-commercial bid, which includes supply and installation of video wall:

One work of value not less than Rs.2.46 Crore (Rupees Two crore forty six lakh only) OR

Two works of value not less than Rs. 1.54 Crore (Rupees One crore fifty four lakh) each OR

Three works of value not less than of Rs. 1.23 Crore (Rupees One crore twenty three lakh only) each

Note:

7.1.1The word #executed# means the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified even if the total contract is not completed / closed. However, the executed work must include supply and installation of video wall.

7.1.2In case of orders under execution, the value of work executed till the date of bid opening as certified by the Employer shall be considered. However, the executed work must include supply and installation of video wall.

7.2The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three financial years as on the date of opening of Techno-commercial bid shall not be less than Rs. 3.17 Crore (Rupees Three crore and seventeen lakh only).

Note:

7.2.1 While computing the turnover other income shall not be considered.

7.2.2 In case where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable.

7.2.3 In case, Bidder is not able to submit the Certificate from practicing Chartered Accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters.

7.3The Bidder should be either a

a)OEM/manufacturer of the offered LED Video Wall. or

b)Subsidiary of OEM/manufacturer of the offered LED Video Wall. Or

c)Should be authorized by the OEM/manufacturer of the offered LED Video Wall.

Note: Authorisation by the subsidiary shall also be considered acceptable.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
