5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

Supply, Retrofitting & Commissioning of 100 KW and above Contactor module with ACB in LT MCC

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

1 The bidder should be a Company Registered under the Companies Act, 1956 & subsequent amendments or a Partnership/ Proprietorship firm.

2 The bidder should be manufacturer of 415V ACBs as per IS13947-2 and switchgear MCC panels. Bidder should have supplied at least fifty (50) ACBs with inbuilt microprocessor based release for 415 V panels with a rating of 50 kA breaking, 105 Ka making and 50kA withstand for one (1) second which should be in successful operation in 415 V application for a period of atleast one (1) year as on last day of the month previous to the NIT publication.

AND
The Bidder should have carried out retrofitting of	atleast fifty (50) numbers of ACBs (in one or more locations) which
should have been in successful operation in 415V	application for	period of atleast one (1) year	as on	last day of	the
month previous to the NIT publication.
3 The average annual turnover of the bidder in	the preceding	three financial years as on the	date	of Technical	bid
opening shall not be less than Rs. 58.07 Lakhs.

4 The bidder should have executed any of the following similar work during the preceding Seven (7) years ending as on last day of the month previous to the NIT publication:

i)Three similar works valuing not less than Rs. 46.45 Lakhs each;

OR
ii) Two similar works valuing not less than	Rs. 58.07 Lakhs each;
OR
iii) One similar work valuing not less than	Rs. 92.90 Lakh.
Note:

a) #Similar works# means any work which includes design, manufacturing, supply, Erection & commissioning of 415 V LT breakers of 800A or above rating.

b)	The word #executed# mentioned above	means the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified above, even if
the	total contract is started earlier and/or is	not completed/ closed.

c)The order values referred above are exclusive of taxes & duties.

d)In case of orders under execution, the value of work executed till the last day of the month previous to the NIT

publication as certified by the client shall be considered.

e)While computing the annual turnover other income shall not be considered.

f)In cases where audited results for the last financial year as on the date of technical bid opening are not available, the

financial results certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be		considered acceptable. In case, Bidder is	not able
to submit the Certificate from practicing Chartered Accountant	certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of
three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial	year	shall be considered for evaluating the	financial
parameters.

5Bidder should have a valid Provident Fund Code Number and Income Tax Permanent Account Number (PAN).

6The bidder should have Service Tax Registration Number.

8.0 Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
