Draft Notice for Inviting “Expression of Interest”

1)NTPC Dadri is having an Automatic Fly Ash Brick Plant in Ash Utilization Technology Park (AUTP) situated in the plant area. The Brick plant was supplied & installed by M/s Neptune Industries Ltd., Mehsana in 2011 and was commissioned & is operative since 2012. The brick plant consist of two brick manufacturing lines, each having capacity of 2000 bricks per hour. The total brick manufacturing capacity of the plant, if running in all the three shifts is 80,000 to 1,00,000 bricks per day. The brick plant has steam curing facility for curing of the manufactured bricks.

2)Applications are invited on behalf of NTPC Limited in the prescribed format (Annexure-I) from interested & eligible agencies for “Running of Fly Ash Brick Plant” at NTPC Dadri & marketing of the same.

3)The minimum qualifying requirement for participation is detailed below:

-The bidder should be an individual, firm or a company.

-The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three financial year shall not be less than Rs.1.11 crore.

-The bidder should be in the business of manufacturing and/ or marketing of ash based products like fly ash bricks/ blocks/ tiles etc. OR clay bricks for atleast three years during the period of last five years.

5)EOI duly filled in as per NTPC format, along with the supporting documents as required, to be submitted in sealed envelope duly super scribed as “Expression of Interest for Running of Fly Ash Brick Plant at NCPS ,Dadri” in off line mode up to 15.04.2016, 10:30:00 AM in the office of AGM (C&M), NCPS -Dadri. EOI received after the stipulated last date &time for submission of EOI shall not be entertained. NTPC Limited shall not be responsible for any delay, loss or non- receipt of EOI sent by post /courier or due to any reason whatsoever.
