3.0Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the

shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at Mouda or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site

(https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the

bidder would require

vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained

by submitting a questionnaire

available at our SRM

site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not

allotted any vendor code are required to

approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

The bidders, who wish to participate in the bid for the subject package shall, satisfactorily establish the following Qualifying Requirements(QR).

a)The bidder should be a manufacturer or supplier of MS GALVANISED GRATINGS.

b) The bidder should have

established set up of

testing facilities or should arrange for the testing from NABL accredited

lab for all quality tests of MS Galvanised Gratings.

 

c)The

bidder

should have

successfully

executed

the Supply of

MS GALVANISED GRATINGS' and of the following

values,

during

last seven

(07) years as

on date

of bid opening

in:

(i) Single Contract of Value not less than INR 22.00 lakhs OR

(ii) Two Contracts of value not less than INR 14.00 lakhs each. OR

(iii) Three Contracts of value not less than INR 11.00 lakhs each.

d)The average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the preceding three (03) financial years as on date of bid opening shall not be less than INR 28 lakhs (Rupees Twenty Eight Lakhs only).

e) In case where audited results for the last financial year as

on date of techno-commercial bid opening are not available,

the financial results certified by a participating Chartered Accountant shall be considered

applicable. In case, the bidder is

not able to submit the certificate from practicing Chartered

Accountant certifying its

financial parameters, the audited

results of three (03) consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall

be considered for evaluating the

financial parameters.

 

 

Note:

I.Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.

II. Notwithstanding anything stated above, the employer reserves the

right

to undertake a physical assessment of the

capacity and capabilities including financial capacity and capability of

the

bidder / his collaborator(s) / associate(s) /

subsidiary(ies) / group company(ies) to perform the contract, should the circumstances warrant assessment in the overall interest of the Employer. The physical assessment shall include works by the employer. A negative determination of such assessment of capacity and capabilities may result in the rejection of the bid.

III. The word #executed# means that the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified in the above QR with

preceding seven (07) years period even if the contract has been started earlier and / or is not completed / closed.

Documents required for fulfilment of 'Qualifying requirements" with bidder self-attestation and for submission of 'TECHNICAL BID':

a)Copy of Affidavit for Proprietorship / partnership deed / Article of Association including changes, if any and copy of PAN, Copy of VAT/TIN registration with Sales Tax Authorities.

b)Copies of Purchase order and corresponding Invoices/Receipted Challan/ Delivery Challan/ LR RR/Final Inspection report/MDCC as a proof of having supplied the item.

c)

Audited Balance

sheet /

Certificate

from

Charted Accountant incorporating

the

turnover

details

during

the last 3

financial

years.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

d) All technical details of the

offered item with supporting technical catalogue duly signed and attached

with

bid .

 

e) NOTE: All the above documents are to be attached in the 'C folder, while submitting bid.

 

 

 

 

 

IV.

On

scheduled

Bid opening date, only the technical bid shall be opened. After assessment of

QR

data &

other

technical

details as

submitted

by bidder,

QR

& Technically qualified bidders shall

be

intimated

for opening

of

their

price

bid

later

on.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

V. Bidder should note that "ANY BID, NOT ACCOMPANIED BY AN ACCEPTABLE BID SECURITY and NO DEVIATION CERTIFICATE IN A SEPARATE SEALED ENVELOPE SUBMITTED IN PHYSICAL FORM IN THE OFFICE OF NTPC-MOUDA BEFORE BID OPENING DATE, SHALL BE REJECTED BY NTPC AS BEING NON RESPONSIVE & TECHNICAL BIDS OF SUCH BIDDERS SHALL NOT BE OPENED ON SCHEDULED BOD.

registration and

online payment (Non-refundable) towards cost of bidding documents

and the downloaded documents

can be used for bidding purpose. The bid documents

can also be obtained from the address given below by submitting a

request on bidders own letterhead indicating that they

will fulfill the QR of NIT and they shall submit relevant

documents

sought at pre para above

along

with Technical Bid. The request for bid

documents

by post or in person

should be

accompanied with the cost

of Bid

documents (Non -Refundable) in the form

of Crossed

account payee Bank Draft drawn

in favor of 'NTPC Limited' payable at SBI Mouda( Branch Code:04813). Tender documents are not transferable.

Note: MSEs/NSIC registered vendors shall be issued the bidding document free of cost and shall be exempted from submission

of EMD on submission of relevant documents to NTPC Mouda.

VII. The last date for receipt

of

queries from bidders is mentioned in the bid invitation. Bidders are requested to submit

all the queries in writing/email

to

reach NTPC prior to this date.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without

assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
