4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at RAIPUR or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site
(https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the |
bidder would require |
vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained |
by submitting a questionnaire |
available at our SRM |
site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not |
allotted any vendor code are required to |
approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale |

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail
The scope of work includes inspection and maintenance of ash slurry and ash water pipe line of stage-I & II units of NTPC Sipat.
6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.
7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
5.1The bidder should have executed Maintenance work of Ash Disposal Pipelines of 250 NB or higher size which
includes replacement / laying within the preceding seven (7) years as on date of bid opening.

Note:
Execution of following jobs in isolation shall not be treated as credential for the subject works :
(i)Execution of Structural Fabrication only
(ii)Civil Pedestal jobs for laying of ash pipe lines only
(iii)Pipe Line rotation job only.
5.2The bidder should have executed above works as per 5.1 of order value meeting any one of the following criteria
during the last seven (7) years as on date of bid opening :
a)Single work contract of value not less than Rs 93.76 Lakhs
OR
b)Two work contracts of value not less than Rs 58.60 Lakhs each
OR
c)Three work contracts of value not less than Rs 46.88 Lakhs each
5.3Financial Criteria:
5.3.1 Average annual turnover of the Bidders, in the preceding |
three (3) financial years as on the date of bid opening, |
shall not be less than Rs. 117.20 Lakhs (Rupees One Crore Seventeen Lakhs Twenty Thousand only). |
5.3.2 In |
case where |
audited results for the last financial year |
as on date of techno commercial bid opening are not |
available, |
the financial |
result certified by a practicing Chartered |
Accountant shall be acceptable. In case, bidder is not |
able to submit the certificate from practicing Chartered Accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited result of
three consecutive financial |
years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial |
parameters. |

5.3.3While computing the annual turnover, other income shall not be considered.
8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without
assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have |
any claim arising out of such |
action. |
