1.0NTPC invites on-line bids from eligible Bidders for aforesaid package, as per the scope of work briefly mentioned hereinafter:

3.0 Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at LUCKNOW or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

The contractor shall provide UP Registered Taxies (AC/Non A/C) Indica/Esteem/Indigo/Qualis/Tavera/Scorpio/TataSafari/Innova/Honda city/Honda Civic(Petrol/Diesel/CNG driven) of Model 2013 or later alongwith driver & mobile phone as per our requirement. the cars/taxies shall be provided at our office at Vibhuti Khand, gomti nagar, Lucknow or any other place intimated to the contractor for travel within or out side lucknow as and when required. The maintenance cost, charges of fuel, road tax permit fee, passenger tax, border tax, challans, salary of the driver, the overtime and mobile phone charges of driver etc are the responsibility of the contractor and should be paid by the contractor.

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

7.1 The bidder should own a fleet of minimum five (05) vehicles of various models (Tata Indica, Tata Indica Vista, Maruti Swift, Toyota Etios Liva, Tata Indigo, Hyundai Accent, Ford Ikon,Swift Dzire, SXIV, Honda City, Honda Amaze, Honda Civic, Honda CRV, Fortuner, Endeavour, Ford Fiesta, Toyota Corolla, Corolla Altis, Chevrolet Optra, Toyota Innova, Tavera, Scorpio, Safari, Xylo, Ertiga, Camry, Accord, Laura, Mercedes, BMW etc. and other latest versions of different companies) which should be registered in his name as on the date of techno-commercial bid opening. The year of manufacture of vehicles should be 2013 or later.

7.2 The bidder should have provided vehicles on hire basis to Public Sector Undertaking/Govt. Departments/Institutions/Corporate Houses during last seven (07) years prior to the date of techno-commercial bid opening, with order values of execution period not more than one year, as any one of the following:

a)Three orders, having value not less than Rs. 1.75 lacs each. OR

b)Two orders, having value not less than Rs. 2.15 lacs each OR

c)One order, having value not less than Rs. 3.5 lacs

7.3 The average annual turnover of the bidder, in the preceding three(3) financial years as on date of techno-commercial bid opening, shall not be less than Rs. 4.35 lacs (Rupees Four Lacs Thirty Five Thousand only).

7.4 The bidder should have PAN allotted by the Income Tax Department and Service Tax registration number allotted by the Central Excise Department (photocopies should be submitted).

Note

1.The vehicle should be registered in the name of the agency/its owner/partner (if it is a partnership firm).

2.The bidder should provide documentary evidence to substantiate that he is meeting the qualifying requirements.

3.Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
