1. Brief Scope of work :
a) The agency must have the required high pressure pumps with HP Jets, accessories & expertise man power to conduct above work. The agencies to be provide documentary evidence for the above work in the form of PO copies & Machine details.
2. Proposed QR :
a)The bidder must have executed HP Jet cleaning work in boilers of 60 MW capacity or more in Boards / Government industries / reputed private industries; during last seven (07) years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which application are invited (To be submitted PO Copies)
b)The bidder must have executed similar work of value.
a.16,13,853/- in case of single order.
b.10,08,658/- in case of two orders.
c.8,06,926/- in case of three orders.
The Bidders must have PF Code, PAN number & Service Tax Number and ESI number (To be submitted copies)
3.Financial criteria :
The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three financial years as on the last date of
submission of application shall not be less than 11.09 Lac.
In case where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall also be considered acceptable. Other income will not be considered for calculation of Annual Turn over.
