Qualifying Requirements for Vehicle Deployment at Kudgi STPP
Passenger vehicles/Cars of all makes / models and run on Diesel/Petrol, having commercial registration / Taxi permit.
Vehicle(s) should be owned by the applicant/supplier [sole or joint or associates]. Incase the vehicle(s) is owned by the associates lease agreement with their associates to be furnished.
OR
The applicant/Supplier should have supplied any type of vehicles minimum one year in any other Govt. Department/Reputed Organization.
The applicant/supplier should be an individual/ company/ firm or a registered society having a PAN No and Service Tax registration No. However the small service providers who are exempted from Service tax may also submit their bid certifying that they are exempted from Service Tax.
Documentary evidence regarding ownership / lease agreement in NTPC format, service tax exemption certificate should be furnished along with the application for enlistment.
Enlistment fee Rs. 600/- shall be paid along with Application form. Enlistment application forms may be obtained free of cost by any interested
agency / contractor / bidder on submission of a written application mentioning the name of the work from the office of
Last date 29/02/2016 for receipt/down loading of application form. Last date 10/03/2016 for the receipt of enlistment forms duly filled, with all enclosures / documents in support of QR and with the enlistment fee of RS 600/- per application, for which enlistment is sought. The applications complete in all respect should reach AGM(C&M), by post or hand delivered.
Suppliers who are interested in enlisting themselves for deployment of vehicles in Kudgi Super Thermal Power Project may send the request for application form at the address given below. application form can also be downloaded from our www.ntpctender.com or www.ntpc.co.in.
Issuance of application form to any supplier shall not construe that such bidder is considered qualified. Applications shall be submitted at the address given below.
