INVITATION FOR E’BIDS/NOTICE INVITING TENDERS

FOR

FOLLOWING PACKAGES

(DOMESTIC COMPETITIVE E-BIDDING)

NTPC Limited–Vindhyachal STPS invites applications from the eligible bidders/manufacturers for supply of materials as per descriptions furnished below. (Single stage two envelope bidding system i.e. two separate envelopes should be enclosed, one with technical & EMD and other with price/commercial bids. Price bids will be opened of those vendors who will be qualified in technical bids)

ITEM DETAILS

1.0Qualifying Requirements of Bidders:-

a)The bidders shall be among any of the following categories:

i)Limestone Mine Owner.

ii)Limestone Trader/Supplier, offering the Cargo sourced from any back -up Limestone Mine Owner. Such bidder shall provide letter of authority given by the concerned back-up Limestone mine owner.

iii)Limestone Importer.

b)The bidder should submit the certificate stating that he will be able to supply Limestone meeting our technical specification given in the tender.

c)The bidder should have successfully executed the contract(s) of supply of Limestone during the last seven (07) years ending with the date of bid opening, with following executed value(s) of contracts:

d) The average annual turnover of the bidder during the preceding three financial years as on the date of bid opening should not be less than Rs. 10.80 Millions

Remark: :

1.The word “executed” means the bidder should have achieved the progress specified in the above QR even if total contract is not completed /closed.

2.Bid opening date refers to the first scheduled techno-commercial bid opening date.
