INVITATION FOR E’BIDS/NOTICE INVITING TENDERS

FOR

FOLLOWING PACKAGES

(DOMESTIC COMPETITIVE E-BIDDING)

NTPC Limited – Vindhyachal STPS invites applications from the eligible bidders/manufacturers for supply of materials as per descriptions furnished below. (Single stage two envelope bidding system i.e. two separate envelopes should be enclosed, one with technical & EMD and other with price/commercial bids. Price bids will be opened of those vendors who will be qualified in technical bids)

ITEM DETAILS

1.0      Qualifying Requirements of Bidders:-

The bidders are required to fulfil the following:

1. The bidder should have designed, installed and commissioned Generator Relay Protection system which should have been in successful operation in at least one unit of 100 MW or above capacity for minimum one (01) year prior to the date of techno-commercial bid opening.

The Generator Protection Relay offered should be from manufacturer(s) who have manufactured and supplied the offered type of relays for Generator Relay system , which should have been in successful operation in a 100MW or above capacity unit for Minimum one (01) year prior to the date of techno-commercial bid opening.

1.2 The Bidder should have executed orders as above during last seven ( 07) years as on the date of techno-commercial bid opening as any one of the following .

• Three orders of value not less than ` 134.0 Lacs each.

OR

• Two orders of value not less than ` 167.0 Lacs each.

OR

• One order of value not less than ` 267.00 Lacs.

1.3 The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (03) completed financial years as on date of Techno Commercial bid opening shall not be less than Rs. 167.0 Lacs.

Remark: :

1. The word “executed” means the bidder should have achieved the progress specified in the above QR even if total contract is not completed closed.
