5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail
1.The contractor must deploy the well conditioned and good road worthy Buses Having First Registration not earlier than January 2011. Contractor has to deploy 52 seater school bus (hence forth called bus) for all the day of calendar months as per requirement.
2.All the buses shall have clearly writing as #School Bus# on both sides and other necessary instructions should be written on the buses as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.
3.All buses shall run on the route as defined by EIC with a maximum of 20 (twenty) nos. stops per trip to pick the children on route.
4.The buses shall normally be deployed for 12 (twelve) hours a day basis.
5.The party has to deployed one driver and one cleaner cum helper on each bus.
6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

01. All the 04 numbers of buses to be deployed must be 2011 and onward model with at least 52 seater (excluding driver seat) and
(i) The bidder must have ownership of such bus/es in his name or his firm as on date of bid opening. OR
The bidder must produce a letter of undertaking that if the work is awarded to the bidder, he will purchase and deploy remaining nos. of such buses within 30 days from the date of issuance of LOI (Letter of intent)/PO (Purchase Order) whichever is earlier.
OR
The bidder can produce an agreement for tie up with other bus owners for deployment of such bus under the subject contract. In such case, the other bus owner shall have 1st registration of such buses of above model in his name or in the name of his firm.

The bidder must have executed the job of deployment of #32 or more seater# buses in Govt./Semi Govt./PSU/ #company listed as on date of bid opening in BSE/NSE#/ govt. school/ #three star or above rating hotels# at least for one (01) year during last seven(07) years ending last day of month previous to the one in which applications are invited and should have executed either of the following :-
(a)Three executed contracts each costing not less than Rs.22.80 Lakhs.
OR
(b)Two executed contracts each costing not less than Rs.28.50 lakhs.
OR
© One executed contract costing not less than Rs.45.60 lakhs.
03. The bidder should posses Service Tax Registration Number and independent PF code allotted by Regional Provident fund Commissioner.
04. Average annual financial turnover during last three financial years as on the date of bid opening shall be at least Rs.28.50 lakhs (Rupees twenty eight lakhs fifty thousand only).
Note:
a)The word #executed# means that the bidder should have executed the work of specified value in qualifying requirement even if the total contract is not completed / closed the same shall be supported by the documentary evidence.
b)Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.
c)In cases where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available, certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall also be considered acceptable.
d)Letter of undertaking and agreement mentioned at clause 01 above must be furnished in a non-judicial stamp paper of minimum value Rs.1000 (Rupees one thousand only).
8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
