1.0NTPC Kawas invites request from eligible bidders for SUPPLY OF POZZOLANA PORTLAND CEMENT (PPC) AS PER IS: 1489 Pt-1 IN 50 KG HDPE BAGS through e-tendering without reverse auctioning as per the scope of work briefly mentioned at para 4.0 below:

		bid view. MSE (Micro & Small Enterprises) registered with NSIC/DIC
		(District Industries Centre) are exempted from Tender Fee. MSE
		should submit the copy of registration in place of DD to view the
		bid.

		copy of registration to get the exemption.

3.0Qualifying Requirements:

3.1The vendor should be a cement manufacturer or authorized dealer of cement manufacturer of OPC/PPC Cement as per relevant IS.

3.2Financial Criteria:

3.2.1The average Annual Turnover of the bidder for the preceding three (3) completed financial years (2012-13, 2013-14 & 2014-15 shall not be less than Rs. 15.77 Lacs.

3.2.2During the last three financial years, the intending bidder should have executed similar works:-

a.One similar executed works costing not less than Rs. 12.62 Lakhs

b. Two similar executed works costing not less than Rs.7.88 Lakhs each OR

c. Three similar executed works costing not less than Rs. 6.31 Lakhs each

Note:

i)Similar work means the work mentioned at Para 3.1 above.

ii)The relevant/necessary documents for meeting the above Q.R. should be submitted along with the technical bid and should be self-attested/online digitally signed by bidder.

iii)Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.

iv)For meeting the Q.R. clause 2.2, audited financial statement is to be submitted.

v)In cases where audited results for the last financial year as on the date of techno commercial bid opening are not available, the financial results certified by a practicing chartered accountant shall be considered acceptable. In case bidder is not able to submit the Certificate from practicing Chartered Accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters provided a certificate would be required from the CEO/CFP as per the format enclosed in the bidding document stating that the Financial results of the company are under audit as on the date of Techno-commercial bid opening and the Certificate from the practicing Chartered Accountant certifying the financial parameters is not available.

4.0Brief scope of work: The scope covers SUPPLY OF POZZOLANA PORTLAND CEMENT (PPC) AS PER IS: 1489 Pt-1 IN 50 KG HDPE BAGS at NTPC Kawas.

5.0A Complete set of bidding Document may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non- refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned at Para 2.0 above directly through the payment gateway at our SRM site, (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require Vendor Code and SRM user Id and Password. First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least Seven working days prior to Document Sale Close date for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password. Issuance of bidding documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

6.0Tender documents are Non transferable. Only the bidder, in whose name the tender documents are downloaded, is allowed to submit offer. No bidder other than the original bidder in whose name the tender documents are sold / downloaded can submit the offer.

7.0Bid Security (if applicable), in original, for the requisite amount as stipulated in Para 2.0 above shall be submitted prior to the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given herein below. If Bid Security in Original, in a separate sealed cover is not received or bids for which Bid security of inadequate value is received the same shall not be entertained and in such cases bids shall not be opened.

8.0 This Tender is being executed in e-tendering mode without reverse auctioning.

9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel / withdraw the Invitation for bids/IFB
