Notice Inviting Application for Registration of Vendors (DCB)

NTPC Limited, a Public Sector undertaking of Govt. of India, is setting up 1000 MW Ultra Mega Solar PV Project at NP Kunta Village, in Anantapuramu District of Andhra Pradesh. NTPC￿ s project office is located at Kadiri town and the project site at NP Kunta is about 35 KM away. For project activities,vehicles are being hired for movement within and outside the project site/office.

Interested Persons/Bidders/Agencies/Vendors who are willing to supply their own vehicle(s) through tendering procedure are requested to submit their Application for Registration of Vendors with the documentary evidence containing (1) Copy of Registration certificate of Mahindra Bolero/ Tat a Sumo/ Mahindra Scorpio Diesel vehicle of make 2012 or later (2) Copy of Address Proof viz. Aadhar card/ / Voter card, etc (3) Copy of Pan card & Bank Passbook (4) Declaration on willingness to change the registration of personal vehicle to commercial vehicle, in case of award.

Last date for submission of application at the office address given below is 01.02.2016:
