NOTICE INVITING TENDER

(DOMESTIC COMPETITIVE BIDDING)

NSPCL-Bhilai invites tenders for following package of Expansion Power Plant, NSPCL-Bhilai:

*As per NIT conditions.

Technical Bid shall be opened at 15.30 HRS on last date of the receipt of bid.

QUALIFYING REQUIREMENT

1.Deployment of hired vehicles at various departments for 08 hrs. & 24 hrs. duty at NSPCL-Bhilai.

1. The agency should have valid P.F Code.

2. The agency should have experience of deployment of at least one vehicle for a minimum period of six months in any of the Govt./ PSU/ Private/ Public Limited Company during the last five years.

3. The agency should have ownership of at least one commercial LMV.

4. The average annual turnover of the agency, in the preceding three (03) financial years as on the date of bid opening shall not be less than Rs. 16.19 Lakh.

(REMARKS: The average turnover requirement has been arrived taking into the consideration that the parties will be asked to quote at least 03 vehicles. QR is formulated keeping in view the past response and competitive bidding).

NIT Conditions

1.Bid documents will be issued to all the parties on their request (cost of tender document to be made by a crossed demand draft / pay order / banker's cheque in favour of NSPCL payable at Bhilai) for issue of bid documents without prima-facie examination of their qualification status. However, issue of bid documents shall not mean that bidders are considered qualified. Tender document fee will not be refunded. Request for tender documents received after the last date as mentioned above due to delays postal/courier services shall not be entertained.

2.Complete set of bidding documents are also available on NTPC website www.ntpctender.com prospective bidders can down load the same for submission of bids after tendering the cost of bidding documents directly on the website.

3.NSPCL reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel / withdraw the Invitation for bids without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder / intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.

4.Agencies are advised to visit the site to familiarize themselves with the nature of work and the site conditions.

5.Small-scale industries registered with NSIC shall be exempted for payment of EMD provided the certificate is related to the subject work only, and the quoted value is within the monetary limit for the said unit set by NSIC.

(Subject to submission of copy of registration giving details, such as validity, monetary limit, etc.)

6.If the last date of receiving application and date of bid opening coincide with a holiday, the date will be shifted to the next working day.

7.The agencies have to quote their rate per day for 08 hours & 24 hours duty.

8.The rate will be decided based on L1 rate obtained from the tender and on negotiation if required.

9.The vehicle will be allotted to a single agency or to be distributed among other participated agencies also, on acceptance of L1 rate.

10.Bidder should quote for atleast 03 vehicles (01 vehicle for 24 hours duty & 02 vehicle for 08 hours duty) for which they have to submit an EMD of Rs. 33,000/- (Thirty Three Thousand Only). For each additional vehicle being quoted, the EMD amount has to be enhanced by Rs. 11,000/-
