and located 30 Kms, to

the

of Talcher

Town in Angul District Of Odisha.

Material Handling Contract for the

year 2014-15 involves loading/unloading of cargo materials & stacking of the same by

crane & manually with

deployment of diff category of man powers/Trucks/tractor/trailor and collection of materials from

the godowns of different

local transporters as

per requirements.

2.

TECHNICAL CRITERIA :

The bidder must have executed/completed similar

works during the

last seven(7) years ending last day of month previous

to

the date of NIT having minimum order values

as indicated below

:

Three orders, each of value not

less than

Rs.6.00 lakh. (Each order individually executed within

a

period

of

not

more than 12

months).

SIMILAR WORK MEANS : Tent arrangement works including construction of Tent house / pavilion

/

pendal

/

gate

etc. for occasions and floral decoration

/ sitting

facilities / public address system / lighting arrangement

etc as required

for

the event.

3.

FINANCIAL CRITERIAL :

The

average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (3) completed financial years shall not be less than

Rs.14.00 Lakh.

NOTE:

(i)

The work

/ order executed means

that the

bidder should have achieved the criteria specified in the

QR, even

if

the

(iii)

In cases where audited results of

the last preceding financial year as on the date of techno commercial bid opening

are

not available, the financial results

certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable. In

case, Bidder is not able to submit the

certificate from practising chartered accountant certifying its financial parameters,

the

audited results of three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating

the

financial parameters.

8.0

Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
