6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.
7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
SUBJECT : Supply of 11KV Switchgear and installation of 11 KV Switchgear at Talcher Thermal Power Station. QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS
1.0 BRIEF SCOPE OF WORK :
The scope of contract shall include supply of 11KV switchgears, independent control Kiosk, Remote Control Desk and Erection / Commissioning of these equipments.
2.0 DURATION OF CONTRACT : 20 (Twenty) Months.
The bidders who wish to participate in the bidding shall satisfactorily establish that they fulfill the following Qualifying Requirements. 3.0 QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS : -
Technical QR :-
i.The bidder should have designed, manufactured, supplied and installed 11KV or above rating switchgear at any industrial organization / utility, which must be in successful operation for a period of at least one (01) year as on the date of bid opening.
ii.The bidder must have executed similar work orders during last seven (7) years reckoned as on the date of bid opening, having value not less than the followings;
a)Value of Rs.102.21 Lacs in case of single similar order, or
b)Value of Rs.63.88 Lacs each in case of two similar orders, or
c)Value of Rs.51.10 Lacs each in case of three similar orders.
Note :- Similar Orders means the bidder should have designed, manufactured, supplied and installed 11KV or above rating HT switchgears at any industrial organization / utility.
4.0 FINANCIAL CRITERIA: - AVERAGE ANNUAL TURNOVER:
The average annual turnover of the bidder, in the preceding three (03) financial years as on the date of bid opening, shall not be less than INR 76.66 Lacs (Rupees Seventy Six Lac and Sixty Six Thousand only)
i)The word #executed# means that the bidder should have achieved the process of the work specified QR at para 3.0 of the QR even if total contract is not completed / closed till the date of opening of
ii)The bidder has to produce necessary proof of the orders executed.
iii)Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover as specified in QR para 4.0 (i).
iv)In case, where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available, certification of
financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall also be considered acceptable.
v)Notwithstanding anything stated above, NTPC reserves the right to assess the bidder#s capability & capacity to perform the contract.
vi)The employer also reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel / withdraw the invitation for bids without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder / intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
6.0 Additional
i)Name of the customer / company where similar order has been executed.
ii)Year of supply / commissioning.
iii) Name & designation (Phone No. / Fax No. / Email ID) of contact person of the customer.
7.0 Tender documents shall be sent Online only to those vendors who deposit the tender fee at least 7 days before the tender document sale closing day to enable the contracts department to send the bid documents in the email id of the agency in time. The agencies who are not registered with NTPC Ltd as vendors and have not been issued vendor codes are to apply for vendor code along with the following details like PAN card, address, telephone & mobile No. Fax No, email id, company registration documents etc. For depositing of the tender online, a valid Class IIIB digital signature of the authorized person of the agency is a prerequisite. The agencies having NTPC vendor code must apply at least two days before the last date of document sale.
8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
