5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail
SUPPLY & COMMISSIONING OF MATERIALS AS PER THE BOQ/ITEM TEXT.
6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.
7.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
TECHNICAL CRITERIA

1.1 (a) The bidder should be a manufacturer of PVC fill packs of size of (1220mm x 300mm x 300mm) or above.
OR
The bidder should be a manufacturer of cooling tower whose principal is a manufacturer of PVC fill packs of size of (1220mm x 300mm x 300mm) or above.
OR
The bidder should be an EPC contractor whose principal is a manufacturer of PVC fill packs of size of (1220mm x 300mm x 300mm) or above.
(b) The bidder should have experience of installation of fill packs.
1.2 The bidder should have executed/completed similar orders during last seven(7) years ending last day of month previous to the date of NIT having minimum contract values as indicated below:
(i)One order of value not les than Rs. 144 lacs OR
(ii)Two orders, each of value not less than Rs. 90 lacs OR
(iii)Three orders each of value not less than Rs. 72 lacs
Similar orders Means: Supply of PVC fill packs of (1220mmx300mmx300mm) or above in cooling towers.
2.0 FINANCIAL CRITERIA :
The average anual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three(3) completed financial years shall not be less than Rs. 180 lacs.
NOTE :
i). The work/order executed means the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified in the QR, even if the total contract/order is not completed/closed. In case of contract/order under execution as on last date of the month preceding the month of publication of NIT, the value of work/order executed till such date will be considered.
ii). Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.
iii). In case here audited results of the last financial year as on the date of techno commercial bid opening are not available, the financial results certified by a practising chartered accountat shall be considered acceptable. In case, Bidder is not able to submit the certificate from practising chartered accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited results of three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters.
8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
