5.0 Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail SUPPLY OF ORDINARY PORTLAND CEMENT
6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.
7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
a)The bidder must be a manufacturer of ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) as per IS:8112 and must submit a valid BIS License in support of that..
b)The bidder must have supplied at least 600 MT of ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) (in a maximum of three orders) during the last two year as on the date of Techno commercial bid opening.
c)The average annual turnover of the bidder in the three preceding completed financial years, as on the date of Techno commercial bid opening shall not be less than Rs.32.50 lacs.
(d) In cases where audited results for the last financial year as on the date of Techno commercial bid opening are not
available, the financial results certified by |

certifying its financial parameters, the audited |
results of three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters.
8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without
assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
