5.0 Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail Maintenance HP valves of all five units (5*210MW)
6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.
7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
(a) The bidder should have executed mechanical maintenance / overhauling of high pressure valves of boiler/ turbine area of a Thermal Power Plant with a unit capacity of 200MW or more.
(b) The bidder should have executed mechanical maintenance/ overhauling work in boiler/ turbine area in a thermal power plant with a unit capacity of 200MW or more during last 7 years ending last day of the month previous to one in which techno-commercial bids are opened as any of the following:
(i)One similar executed work of value not less than Rs. 37.00 lacs.
OR
(ii)Two similar executed work of value not less than Rs. 23.00 lacs each. OR
(iii)Three similar executed work of value not less than Rs. 18.50 lacs each.
(c) The average annual turnover of the bidder in the three preceding completed financial years, as on the date of techno-commercial bid opening shall not be less than Rs. 23.00 lacs.
(d)In cases where audited results for the last financial year as on the date of Techno-commercial bid opening are not
available, the |

accountant certifying its financial parameters, the audited |
results of three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters.
8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without
assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have |
any claim arising out of such |
action. |
