TECHNICAL FEATURES :

The above work is to be carried out at the crest level of 5th raising, Lagoon-I & II Stage-II ash duke of

TSTPS.Kaniha

02.

The work has to be executed

with the approved quality materials (earth) for which agency has to arrange burrow

area

of earth at their own cost and

pay required royalities.

06.

The work is to be executed on firm

price basis without any escalation.

Prospective bidders from U.P. State

are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of

bidding documents.

Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

Technical Criteria:

The

bidder must have executed/ completed

similar works during last seven(7) years ending last day of month previous to

the

date of NIT having minimum contract

values as indicated below :

Financial

Criteria:

The

average

annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (3) completed financial years shall not be less than

Rs.86 Lakhs.

NOTE:

will be considered.

shall be opened on the scheduled date as notified in NIT or on the date to be intimated after

evaluation of technical

bids.

5.

No deviation will be allowed on price basis, period of completion, deduction of security deposit and other statutory

deductions. Bids with such deviation shall be considered as non-responsive.

6.

NTPC takes no responsibility for any loss/delay/non-receipt of tenders sent by post. Offers received late/incomplete

are

liable

for rejection. Sealed bids

must be

7.

Notwithstanding anything stated

above,

the Employer reserves the right to undertake a physical assessment of

the

overall interest of the Employer.

The physical assessment shall include but not be limited to the assessment of the office/ facilities/ banker#s/ reference
