3.0 Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at Salakati or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 415V,1600A Indoor LT MCC at Champamati river bank. LT Switchgear have to be delivered at BGTPP, NTPC Ltd, PO-Salakati, Kokrajhar,PIN-783369. The instrument available with NTPC for testing of LT Switchgear shall be provided. However, any other instrument required may have to be arranged by the party.

SALIENT TECHNICAL FEATURES:

Rated voltage: 415V + 10%, 3 Phase, 4 wire, Neutral Solidly Earthed

Frequency: 50 Hz + 5%

Continuous Current rating: 1600A

Short time rating: 50kA (RMS) for one sec

Dynamic Rating: 105kA (PEAK)

Busbar insulation: PVC Sleeve insulated

Degree of Protection: IP: 54

Type of installation: Indoor

The Indoor LT Switchgear shall have the following:

a)1600A 02(two) Incomer panel and 01(one) Buscoupler # Module type DAET- CT Ratio 1600/1-1A having Air Circuit Breaker # 3No.(Draw out type)

b)110kW Outgoing motor feeder # Module type DK21 with star delta starter # Fixed type # 6Nos.

c)Power feeder: 400A SDF-2 Nos,63A MCCB-2 Nos,32A MCCB-2 Nos,16A MCCB-2 Nos.

d)Control Supply module # Module type CS #2No.s (with change over switch at bus coupler)

e)AC/DC control supply module for contactor and breaker operation.

f)Power pack for 110V DC supply.

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

The bidder who wishes to participate in the bidding shall satisfactorily establish that they fulfill the following qualifying requirements:-

6.1The bidder must be a manufacturer of 415V and above Switchgear Panel having their manufacturing facility in India.

6.2The vendor must have in house testing facility for 415V and above Switchgear Panel as per IS: 8623.

6.3The bidder should have successfully executed the work of supply of 415V and above switchgear panel during the last seven (07) years as on the date of bid opening, either of the following :-

One order valuing not less than Rs. 11.20 Lacs.

Two orders valuing not less than Rs. 7.00 Lacs each.

Three orders valuing not less than Rs. 5.60 Lacs each.

6.4 Financial criteria: The average annual financial turnover of the bidder in the preceding (03) years as on the date of bid opening shall be not less than Rs. 14.00 Lacs.

NOTE:

(i)Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.

(ii)The word #executed# means that the bidder should have achieved the progress specified in the QR at para 6.3 even if the total order is not completed/closed. The same shall be supported by documentary evidence issued by the owner.

(iii)The bidder shall submit documentary evidence/proof of meeting qualifying requirements stipulated above.

(iv)In case where audited result for the last financial year as on the date of techno commercial bid opening are not available, the financial result certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable. In case bidder is not able to submit the certificate from practicing chartered accountant certifying his financial parameters, the audited result of three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameter.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any
