3.0 Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at KAHALGAON or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0 Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail AS PER ENCLOSED IN C-FOLDER.

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

9.0Qualifying Requirements of Bidders:

9.1The bidder must have experience of having successfully executed the job of # excavating/ drilling and installation of deep bore well through machine boring# during the last 07(seven) years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which applications are invited and should have executed either of the following:-

Three similar works each costing to not less than Rs.24.70 lakhs.

Two similar works each costing to not less than Rs.30.88 lakhs

One similar work costing to not less than Rs.49.41 lakhs.

9.2 The average annual financial turn over during last three (03) years ending 31st March of the previous financial year shall not be less than Rs.61.77 lakhs.

Note:

o Other income shall not be entertained for arriving at annual turnover.

o In cases where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available, certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall also be considered acceptable.

o The word executed means that the bidder should have executed the work of specified value in qualifying requirement even if the total contract is not completed / closed the same shall be supported by the documentary evidence by the owner.

o The word similar means #Excavating/drilling and installation of deep bore well through machine boring.#.

10.0 Following documents must be uploaded in the c-folder, failing which the offer shall be liable for rejection:

I. Qualifying Requirement: Total credential to fulfill all the criteria as mentioned in Qualifying requirement of the NIT. II. Technical Bid:

a.All TECHNICAL DATA SHEETS as per the format provided in the tender document duly filled.

b.Any other data/information as sought in our tender document

III. Company/Firm Details:

a.Document related to legal status of the Bidder (i.e., Sole Proprietorship Concern/Partnership Firm/ Private Limited Companies/ Public Limited Companies and Statutory Corporation/ Consortium/ Joint Venture), Name and address (es) of the sole proprietor / partners / Board of directors.

b.Memorandum and articles of association/photocopy of partnership deed/affidavit of proprietorship.

IV. Copy of Service tax registration certificate.

V. Copy of Sales Tax Registration / VAT Certificate

VI. Copy of valid independent PF code no. issued by concerned RPFC. VII. Copy of PAN card.

VIII. Copy of ESI Certificate/Undertaking for submission of ESI (As per Annexure-X mentioned in the bid document)

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
