Enlistment of vendors for supply of OP Cement Grade 43 and/or PP Cement (Enlistment Document No.: 001/2015 dated: 26/11/2015)

Brief Introduction:

Mouda Super Thermal Power Project is having its operational units of 2 x 500MW (Thermal) and 2 x 660 MW (Thermal) under construction. The project is located about 45 kms from Nagpur at Mouda Ramtek Road.

NTPC Mouda invites application from reputed producers of OP cement and PP cement for enlistment with NTPC, Mouda for a period of 03(Three) years. The estimated requirement for this project is approximately 45,500.00 MT for PP Cement and 3,000.00 MT for OP Cement.

QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS (QR):

1)The vendor must be a producer of OP Cement Grade 43 as per IS:8112 (minimum 28 days strength of 43 N/sq mm) and / or PP Cement as per IS:1489.

2)The average annual financial turnover of the vendor in preceding three financial years, as on date of bid opening should not be less than INR 7.5 crore.

3)The vendor must have minimum installed capacity of 1000000 (one million) MT per annum.

Note:

1)Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover. In case where audited results for last preceding years are not available, certification of financial statement from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall also be considered acceptable.

2)The vendors enlisted with other NTPC Projects may be considered for enlistment at NTPC Mouda subject to their fulfilling above qualifying requirements.

Documents to be submitted by Vendors in support of above Qualifying Requirements:

1)Certificate / License of BIS indicating that vendor is a producer of OP Cement Grade -43 as per IS:8112 and /or producer of PP Cement as per IS:1489.

2)Annual report / Balance sheet for the last three Financial Years in support of annual turnover. The Certificate from Chartered Accountant indicating annual turnover is also acceptable.

3)Documentary evidence indicating installed / production capacity (copy of annual report or any other document indicating installed capacity/ production capacity to be submitted).

4)Documentary evidence in support of having adequate in-house inspection facilities or Vendor’s own certificate stating that they have their own in-house testing facilities for carrying out various tests as per relevant IS.

General Terms and Conditions:

1)“Enlistment” word as used here shall pertain to listing of Vendors / Contractors in our record only.

2)Enlistment in our record shall not entitle each & every enlisted party to get each & every enquiry/tender issued by NTPC Mouda.

3)Vendors/Contractors presently banned by NTPC will not be considered for enlistment.

4)The enlisted vendors shall have to submit Earnest Money Deposit, whenever asked for, and follow our general terms and conditions of Purchase or Contracts, if enquiries/tenders are issued to them.

5)The enlistment shall remain valid for a period of maximum three (03) years from the date of enlistment.

6)NTPC may use information provided by the vendors under this process for registration of vendors after scrutiny of their applications under pre-qualification procedure as per NTPC rules.

7)NTPC reserves the right to verify authenticity of the information furnished by vendor to assess its capability, before enlisting that vendor for any specific category as well as to accept/reject the same without assigning any reason thereof.

8)NTPC reserves the right to choose/ accept/ reject any or all the tenders in part or full including rejection of any request for issuance of tender documents, alter the quantities or split the order without assigning any reasons thereof. The decision of NTPC in this regard shall be final.

9)NTPC shall not be responsible for non–receipt / late receipt of enlistment documents/application sent by post or otherwise.

10)NTPC reserves the right to enlist vendors, who have already submitted credentials before Publication of this advertisement as a routine matter.

11)Issuance of bid documents to any vendor shall not construe that such vendor is considered qualified for enlistment.

12)Complete Set of application documents may be obtained by any interested vendor on submission of written application.

13)Vendors are not required to submit enlistment documents Fee / EMD while applying for enlistment.

14)The application must reach our office latest by 28.12.2015, 15:00 hrs.

The vendors are requested to send the request on their letter head clearly mentioning the Product i.e; OP Cement / PP Cement, Name of Contact Person, Mobile no & E mail Address for correspondence.
