3.0 Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at VISAKHAPATNAM or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.

TENDER FEE /EMD EXEMPTION:

Following bidders are exempted from Tender Fee and EMD by submission of valid registration certificates as below.

1)Bidders having NSIC certificate with validity

2)Bidders Registered as Micro and small enterprises (MSE).

Tenderers seeking exemption should enclose a Photocopy of valid registration certificate preferably attested by Gazetted Officer/Magistrate I st class failing which they run the risk of their application for tender documents/ tenders being passed over as ineligible for this concession.

Qualifying Requirements for Procurement of Oil Free Screw Compressor

DOMESTIC COMPETITIVE BIDDING

Name of the Work : Supply of Oil Free Screw Compressor Completion Period : 3 Months approx.

Qualifying Requirements : The bidders are required to fulfill the following.

A.The bidder should have designed, manufactured, supplied and commissioned at least two (02) numbers of non lubricated oil free screw air compressors along with integrated adsorption drier, each of minimum capacity 40 nm3/min, and at rated discharge pressure of 7.5 kg/cm2 or above, which are in successful operation for at least two (02) years prior to the date of techno-commercial bid opening. Bidder should offer only the type of compressors which they are qualified.

B.The bidder should have manufactured and supplied non lubricated oil free screw compressors along with integrated adsorption drier as per the relevant IS codes and as per the latest amendments and meeting any one of the following criteria during the last seven (07) years for the above mentioned works, as on the date of bid opening.

I.Single order of value not less than Rs. 172.20 Lakhs OR

II.Two orders of value not less than Rs. 107.63 Lakhs OR

III.Three orders of value not less than Rs. 86.10 Lakhs each

Financial Criteria:

The above annual turnover of the Bidder, in the preceding three (3) financial years as on the date of bid

opening shall not be less than Rs. 861 Lakhs (Rupees Eight Crores Sixty one Lakhs).
