3.0 Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at Salakati or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

1.The scope of contract includes transportation of misc. items such as machinery, chemical, spares, equipment, consumables, furniture, general engg. items, fragile items i.e. all type of items required for our Plant. Materials shall be collected by the transporter from the Suppliers works / shop / godown at their responsibility.

2.Collection & Transportation of various types of misc. goods and any other materials from anywhere in India upto NTPC BgTPP stores & vice versa on full Truck / Trailer load or small / Part consignment basis as per BOQ and as per terms & conditions.

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

The bidders who wish to participate in the bidding shall satisfactorily establish that they fulfill the following Qualifying Requirements:-

1.0Technical Criteria:

1.1The bidder should have delivery office with facilities for handling and storage with in Two hundred and fifty (250) Km radius of NTPC Bongaigaon, Po: Salakati, Distt. Kokrajhar, Assam, 783369.

1.2The bidder should have offices/ branches all over India including Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, bangalore, haridwar, trichy and Allahbad. The total number of branches should be at least 100 numbers, all over india as per bidders' catalogue as on date of bid opening.

1.3The bidder should be an Indian Bank's Association approved transporter.

1.4The indenting bidder must have experience of having successfully executed the works of transportation of miscllaneous goods by truck/trailer during last seven (07) years, ending last day of the month in which applications are invited with either of the following:-

i)One order valuing not less than Rs. 27.23 lacs or

ii)Two orders valuing not less than Rs. 17.02 lacs each or

iii)Three orders valuing not less than Rs. 13.62 Lacs each.

2.0 Financial Criteria:

The average annual financial turnover of the bidder in the preceding (03) years as on the date of bid opening shall be not less than Rs. 17.02 Lacs.

NOTE:

a.Other Income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.

b.The word "executed" means that the bidder should have achieved the progress specified in the QR at para 1.4 even if the total order is not completed/closed. The same shall be supported by documentary evidence issued by the owner.

c.The bidder shall submit documentary evidence / proof of meeting qualifying requirements stipulated above.

d.In case where audited result for the last financial year as on date of tenchocommercial bid opening are not available, the financial result certified by a practicing chatered accountant shall be considered applicable. In case bidder is not able to submit the certificate from practicing chatered accountant certifying his financial parameters, the audited result of three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall

be considered for evaluating the financial parameter.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
