3.0 Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at VISAKHAPATNAM or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

HIRING OF MISCELLANEOUS VEHICLES AT NTPC SIMHADRI

1) BIDDER SHOULD SUBMIT REQUISITE EMD#S MENTIONED BELOW FOR EACH PACKAGE, OTHER WISE THE BID WILL BE REJECTED:

PACKAGE-A : HIRING OF ONE NO. 2015 MODEL DOUBLE CABIN NON-AC PICK-UP VAN (4+1 SEATING) ON 12 HOURS DUTY AT NTPC SIMHADRI (EMD FOR THIS VEHICLE IS Rs.17,000/-)

PACKAGE-B: HIRING OF ONE NO 55 SEATER BUS MODEL-2012 (OR) LATER ON 24 HOURS DUTY BAIS FOR CISF AT NTPC-SIMHADRI. (EMD FOR THIS VEHICLE IS Rs.35,000/-)

PACKAGE-C : HIRING OF TATA INDIGO CS A/C DIESEL OF MODEL 2015 ON 12 HRS DUTY BASIS AT NTPC SMPP FOR GM (O&C) (EMD FOR THIS VEHICLE IS Rs.21,000/-)

2)TOTAL EMD FOR ALL PACKAGE#S (I.E PACKAGE-A + PACKAGE-B + PACKAGE-C) IS Rs.73,000/-

3)scope of work of individual packages and other bid documents are uploaded in C-folder

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

Qualifying Requirements:

1.1 The bidder should have executed orders for supply of vehicles on hire basis during the last 7 years as on last date of previous month from the date of publication of NIT and should submit documentary proof of having executed the purchase orders as below:

a. Single contract of value not less than Rs.3.94 Lakhs X No. of vehicles applied. OR

b. Two contracts of value not less than Rs.2.46 Lakhs X No. of vehicles applied OR

c. Three contracts of value not less than Rs.1.97 Lakhs X No. of vehicles applied

1.2 a. The bidder should submit documentary proof of having executed the works mentioned at 1.1 above.

b. The bidder should have independent PF code issued by RPFC, valid PAN number and Service tax registration.

1.3 Financial Criteria:

The average annual turnover of the Bidder, in the preceding three (3) financial years as on the date of bid opening shall not be less than Rs.4.93 Lakhs (Rupees Four lakhs Ninety Three thousand Only) X No. of vehicles applied

NOTE:

Bidder#s has to apply for the corresponding vehicle for which EMD is submitted. Bidder#s offer of corresponding vehicle will be considered on submission of Equivalent/ higher EMD:

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
