Invitation of Expression of interest (EOI)

BRBCL, Nabinagar invites “Expression of interest” for hiring of Bolero (Non-AC) jeep tentatively 12(twelve) nos. of for a period of two years as per rate and terms & conditions given below:

1. Ref. EOI no. : BRBCL/CS-CRN/77/15-16

2. Name of work : Hiring of Bolero (Non-AC) for 12 Hrs. Duty at BRBCL, Nabinagar

3. Period of Contract : 24 Months.

4. Model of vehicle : January 2013 onward.

5. Type of vehicle : Commercial Registration

6. Hiring charges : Rs.18400/- per month

7. Fuel consumption : @12 Km/Litre shall be reimbursed by BRBCL.

8. EMD amount : Rs. 2000.00(Rupees Two Thousand only)

Rest other terms and conditions will be as per the terms and conditions enclosed herewith as Annexure-I.

9. Vendors have to submit the EMD as prescribed above in form of Demand Draft/Pay Order/ Banker’s Cheque from any nationalised/scheduled bank. The Demand Draft should be drawn in favour of Bhartiya Rail Bijlee Company Limited payable at SBI, NTPC Project, Barem Bihar (code-14321).

10. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

Expression of interest is invited in sealed envelopes for subject work in following manner.

• Expression of interest should be submitted in two sealed envelope duly superscribing the above Expression of interest (EOI) number and Name of the vendor.

• Envelope “A” should contain EMD only. The bidder shall furnish an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) as a part of its Expression of interest of value as prescribed above.

• Envelope “B” should contain Expression of interest.

• First envelope “A” will be opened and if the EMD will be found in order then envelope “B” will be opened. Without EMD Expression of interest may not be considered.

11. Generally, one vendor will be awarded one vehicle subject to fulfillment of above criteria

12. All interested & eligible vendors may express their interest and submit their consent.

13. Last date of submission of “Expression of interest” is 05.11.2015.

14. If the nos. of vendors who will submit “Expression of interest” is more than the nos. of vehicle required, the vehicle shall be allotted through lottery system with intimation to vendors. In such case the date of draw of lottery shall be intimated to all eligible vendors well in advance.

15. BRBCL reserves the right to accept or reject any/all offers without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

16. Undertaking of vendor:

I have read all the terms and conditions mentioned the Expression of interest, and agreed to provide my vehicle to BRBCL on hiring basis at the rate and terms and conditions as mentioned herein, within 01 month from the date of issue of LOI/ LOA from BRBCL.
