5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail
PERIODICAL SPECIAL ASSISTANCE FOR STAGE-I & II FLY ASH, DRY ASH TRANSPORTATION AND INSTRUMENT AIR SYSTEM AT NTPC-SIMHADRI.
6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.
7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
1.0Qualifying requirements:
1.1The bidder should have experience of having successfully executed contracts, of value indicated below, involving mechanical equipment repair / replacement / modification / erection works of Coal Based Thermal Power Unit of capacity 110 MW or higher during the last seven (07) years as on the date of bid opening:
a. Single contract of value not less than Rs. 122.83 Lakhs OR
b. Two contracts of value not less than Rs.76.77 Lakhs each OR c. Three contracts of value not less than Rs.61.41 Lakhs each
1.2 a) The bidder should submit documentary proof of having executed the works mentioned at 1.1 above.
b) The bidder should have independent PF code issued by RPFC, valid PAN Number and Service Tax Registration.
1.3 Financial Criteria:
1.3.1 The average annual turnover of the Bidder, in the preceding three (3) financial years as on the date of bid opening shall not be less than Rs.153.54 Lakhs (Rupees One Crore fifty three Lakhs and fifty four thousand only).
8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
