3.0Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the

stipulated bid	submission closing	date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security
and Integrity	Pact (if applicable)	shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at DADRI or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site

(https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the			bidder would require
vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained	by submitting a questionnaire		available at our SRM
site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not		allotted any vendor code are required to
approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale	Close date	alongwith duly filled in questionnare for
issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0 Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail SUPPLY OF CONVEYOR BELT:

Item No. 1: CONVEYOR BELT FOR COAL HANDLING PLANT (QUANTITY: 5400 METER)

FULL BELT WIDTH : 1400 MM; FABRIC : EP;

BELT STRENGTH : 1000/4 TYPE :EXTRA HEAVY DUTY;

BELT SHOULD BE AS PER IS:1891(LATEST); EDGE CONSTRUCTION :CUT EDGE; COVER GRADE : FIRE RESISTANCE AS PER CAN/CSA-M87,TYPE-C;

Item No.2: CONVEYOR BELT FOR COAL HANDLING PLANT (QUANTITY: 1000 METER)

FULL BELT WIDTH : 1400 MM; FABRIC : EP;

BELT STRENGTH : 630/4 TYPE :EXTRA HEAVY DUTY;

BELT SHOULD BE AS PER IS:1891(LATEST); EDGE CONSTRUCTION :CUT EDGE; COVER GRADE : FIRE RESISTANCE AS PER CAN/CSA-M87,TYPE-C;

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

1.0 The bidder	should have manufactured Fire Resistant Grade EP/NN Conveyor	Belts of width 1400mm or higher,
tensile strength	630 KN/m or higher, conforming to IS:1891 (Part-1)-1994,	IS:1891 (Part-V) -1993, ISO-340,
CAN/CSA-M422-M87, Type-C, as applicable.

2.0 The bidder should have manufactured and supplied fire resistant grade EP/NN conveyor belts of width 1400mm or higher, tensile strength of 630 KN/m or higher in preceding seven years from the date of techno-commercial bid opening:-

i) One similar order valuing not less than Rs. 194.52 Lacs. OR

ii) Two similar orders each valuing not less than Rs. 121.57 Lacs OR

iii) Three similar orders each valuing not less than Rs. 97.26 Lacs

3.0 The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three financial years as on the date of Techno-commercial bid opening shall not be less than Rs. 243.15 Lacs

4.0The bidder should have in house testing facilities required for testing of Conveyor Belts as per IS:1891 (Part-1) 1994, IS:1891 (Part-V) 1993, ISO-340, CAN/CSA-M422-M87, Type-C, as applicable.

Note:-

a.#Similar works# means any work which includes supply of material as given in clause # 1.0

b.The word #executed# mentioned above means the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified above, even if the total contract is started earlier and/or is not completed/closed.

c.In case of orders under execution, the value of work executed till the date of opening Techno-commercial proposal As certified by the client shall be considered.

d.While computing the annual turnover other income shall not be considered.

e.In case where audited results for the last financial year as on the date of technical bid opening are not available, the

financial results certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable. In		case, Bidder is not able
to submit the Certificate from practicing Chartered accountant certifying its	financial parameters, the audited		results of
three consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall	be considered for	evaluating the	financial
parameters.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such
