3.0Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the

stipulated bid	submission closing	date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security
and Integrity	Pact (if applicable)	shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at Faridabad or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site

(https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the			bidder would require
vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained	by submitting a questionnaire		available at our SRM
site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not		allotted any vendor code are required to
approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale	Close date	alongwith duly filled in questionnare for
issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

Carpeting of plant roads at NTPC Faridabad. Details of work is attached in C-folder.

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

QR for carpeting of plant roads at NTPC-Faridabad

1.1	Bidder should either be a company registered under the companies Act, 1956 or a partnership/proprietorship firm.
1.2	Bidder	should be registered /working	with any public sector undertaking/ government/ semi-government organization
or	a reputed	private company /organization.

1.3The bidder should have executed construction or maintenance of road works like WBM road, premix carpeting

bituminous road etc. in any PSU/ central or state Govt. deptt/undertaking or	public limited company, within preceding
seven (07) years as on the date of bid opening and meeting either of the following :-
Single work having contract value not less then Rs 42.65 Lacs.
OR
Two works each having contract value not less than Rs.26.65 Lacs
OR
Three work each having contract value not less than Rs 21.32 Lacs
1.4 The average annual turnover of the bidder in the last three financial years	i.e.	2012- 13, 2013-14 &	2014-15	shall
not be less than Rs. 53.32 Lacs .
1.5 Bidder should have a valid provident Fund code Number & PAN from	IT	department. The bidder	should	have
service tax registration.

Note: The relevant documents such as LOA, proof of execution of work etc. shall be submitted along with the bid .All claims need to be supported by documentary evidence and necessary contact details incl names telephone No. and e-mail IDs of the customers

Other Income shall not be considered for arriving at the annual turnover.

7.1

Deposit provided the quotedvalue of the tender is within the monetary limit for the said unit set by NSIC. This shall be

subject to submission of a	self certified legible copy of	valid	registration certificate giving details, such as items /
services for which registered,	validity, monetary limits etc.	in the	EMD envelope.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without

assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
