4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at Not Given. or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site

(https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the

bidder would require

vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained

by submitting a questionnaire

available at our SRM

site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not

allotted any vendor code are required to

approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

PROCUREMENT OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMER TURN RATIO TESTER FOR NTPC TANDA

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

EMD: Submission of EMD (Bid Security deposit) shall be ascertained offline well in advance before opening bid.

 

 

PRICE BID: Opening date for Price Bid shall be intimated later on to the technically qualified bidders only.

1.The bidder should be manufacturer of Digital Transformer Turn Ratio Tester or authorized dealer of manufacturer.

 

2.The bidder should have executed supply of

Digital Transformer Turn Ratio Tester, during last seven years as

on

date

of BID opening for either of the following values :

 

 

a)Three executed orders each costing not less than INR 2.02 lacs.

 

 

OR

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

b)Two executed orders each costing not less than INR 2.53 lacs.

 

 

OR

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

c)One executed order costing not less than INR 4.04 lacs

 

 

3.The average annual financial turnover

of the bidder during last Three (3) financial years ending on 31st March 2015

should not

be less than

INR 5.06 Lacs.

 

 

 

 

Notes:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

A. The word executed means that the

bidder

should have achieved the progress specified in the QR even if

the

total

contract is not completed / closed.

 

 

 

 

 

B. Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.

 

 

C. In cases where audited results for the last

preceding financial year as on the date of Techno commercial bid opening

are not available , the financial results

certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable. In

case, Bidder is not able to submit the

certificate from practicing chartered accountant certifying its financial parameters,

the audited results of three consecutive

financial

years preceding the last financial years shall be considered for evaluating

the financial parameters.

registration and online payment (non-refundable) towards cost of bidding documents and the

downloaded documents can be used for bidding purposes.

Authorization / access for

the bid documents shall be provided to the bidders after receipt of tender fee/NSIC/SSI

certificate (offline).

 

All NSIC /SSI registered vendors are exempted from submission of tender fee & EMD. NSIC/SSI certificate must be

furnished in the separate envelope meant for EMD to avail the exemption from furnishing the EMD.

 

 

 

Guideline for submission of bid :

 

 

 

 

 

 

EMD, as mentioned in SRM portal shall be submitted in a separate sealed envelope

superscripting

as #EMD#.

Any bid

not

accompanied

by requisite & acceptable EMD in a separate

sealed envelope shall

be

rejected as

being non responsive

and returned to the bidder without being opened.

 

 

 

 

 

 

The documents in support of Qualifying Requirements shall be uploaded in C folder

&

commercial

bid shall

be

filled on

line

in

item

data.

 

 

 

 

 

 

In

case

bid

are

not received as per above instructions, the

same shall be rejected

and returned back

in

unopened

condition.

The bidders shall have necessarily to upload the

documents in support of meeting the qualifying requirements as

mentioned above in

C Folder along with their offer,

which

inter-alia shall include the following.

Documentary average annual financial turnover of the

bidder

during last Three (3) financial years ending on 31st March

2015 should not be

less than INR 5.06 Lacs

 

 

Documentary evidence / proof (Like Manufacturing License / BIS certification / ISO certification / SSI / NSIC certificate etc.) that the bidder is a manufacturer or their authorized dealer for Procurement of Digital Transformer Turn ratio Tester. Documentary evidence towards proof of supply/execution shall be submitted by way of furnishing the Invoice, GR/LR, PO copies, payment proof etc.

The prospective bidders in order to able to download the bidding documents shall be required to register themselves with the NTPC website which shall be a onetime process.

In case the bidder fails to submit the documents in the support of meeting the QR, the offer shall be liable for rejection.

Offer of the bidder not fulfilling the QR shall be rejected and shall not be considered for evaluation further.

 

 

 

NTPC shall not be responsible for any postal /courier delay.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.

 

 

 

 

 

Notwithstanding anything stated above, the NTPC reserves the right to

assess the

bidder#s

capability and

capacity

to

perform the contract, should the circumstances warrant such assessment in

its

overall

interest

and the

decision of

NTPC

Ltd., in this regard shall

be

any claim arising out of such
