INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR TRANSPORATION OF COAL FROM NTPC-RAMAGUNDAM TO NTPC-KUDGI

NTPC Ltd. is setting up 3x800MW project at Kudgi village, Basavan Bagewadi Taluk,Bijapur Dist, Karnataka.

Expression of interest(EoI) is invited from interested parties in the prescribed format, having previous experience in similar jobs, for loading of crushed coal in jumbo bags at NTPC Ramagundam, Telangana stockyard, from there transportation of the same to in-plant railway siding, loading of coal bags into Railway wagons, unloading of coal bags received through railway wagons at Wandal railway siding (near Almatti, Karnataka), transportation of coal from Wandal to NTPC Kudgi stockyard and unloading coal at stockyard. Railway wagons shall be arranged by NTPC. Total quantity of coal transportation envisaged is approx. 20,000 MT.

All equipments & accessories including jumbo bags shall be arranged & operated by the agency and payment will be done by NTPC based on the quantity of coal supplied at NTPC Kudgi.

Interested parties may visit the work sites to understand the nature of work and are requested to submit the prescribed format of EoI complete in all respects along with all supporting documents, to prove their previous experiences and credentials, in a sealed cover super scribing Expression of Interest (EoI) for “TRANSPORATION OF COAL FROM NTPC-RAMAGUNDAM TO NTPC-KUDGI” latest by 27 October 2015 at the address given below:
