3.0 Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at District Bilaspur or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0 Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail Articulated Boom Aerial Tower for Switchyard at NTPC Sipat

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

Qualifying Requirements for E-Procurement of Articulated Boom Aerial Tower for Switchyard at NTPC Sipat

1The bidder must either be a manufacturer or it's authorized dealer for sale & after sale service & spare support for the articulated boom hydraulic operated aerial working platform with jib movement. Documentary proof, from original equipment manufacturer, of being a manufacturer or its authorized dealer is to be submitted along with technical bid.

2The bidder/Manufacturer directly or through any of his dealer must have supplied at least one number articulated boom hydraulic operated aerial working platform with jib movement having similar or better technical specification with respect to the offered item in India for 400KV & above Switchyard maintenance application in last three year from the date of technical bid opening.

3 The Bidder should have executed similar Purchase Order of order value meeting any one of the following criteria during the last seven (7) years as on date of bid opening:

a)One order of value not less than Rs. 77.57 Lakhs OR

b)Two orders of value not less than Rs. 48.48 Lakhs each OR

c)Three orders of value not less than Rs.38.78 Lakhs each

4 The following documentary proof is to be submitted along with technical bid:

a)Relevant PO copy along with invoice, GR etc to establish above QR points.

b)Satisfactory performance certificate of minimum one number supplied machine (as per clause2) which is being used for 400 KV & above switchyard maintenance jobs. The machine should be in satisfactory operation for minimum period of one year in past from the date of issue of certificate.

c)Satisfactory performance certificate for after sale service & spare support of minimum one number supplied machine (as per clause 2) which is being used for 400 KV & above switchyard maintenance jobs. The machine should be in satisfactory operation for minimum period of one year in past from the date of issue of certificate.

5Financial Criteria:

5.1Average annual turnover of the bidders in the preceding three financial years as on date of bid opening shall not be less than Rs 96.96 Lakhs (i.e. (estimate value/completion period)*12).

5.2In case where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available, certification of financial statements from a practicing chartered accountant shall also be acceptable.

5.3While computing the annual turnover, other income shall not be considered.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
