bidder would require |
vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained |
by submitting a questionnaire |
available at our SRM |
site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not |
allotted any vendor code are required to |
approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale |

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail
ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR O/H & MAINTENACE OF DRY FLY ASH SYSTEM & O/H & MAINTENANCE OF ESP 500 MW UNITS STAGE-1 NTPC MOUDA
6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.
7.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS (QR) FOR BIDDERS.
2.1The bidders are required to fulfill the following:
2.2 The average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the preceding three (03) financial years as on date of bid opening shall not be less than INR 90 Lakhs (Rupees Ninety Lakhs Only).
2.3The bidder should have executed the contract(s) for Running Maintenance/ Overhauling of Mechanical Works of
Boiler #or# Coal |
Handling Plant #or# Ash Handling Plant in thermal |
power stations having 200MW or above |
capacity |
units #or# Contractor should be an |
erector of Ash Handling System |
in thermal power stations of 200MW |
or above |
capacity units and |
have executed the |
works as mentioned below, during |
last seven (07) years as on date of bid |
opening: |
(i)Single contract of value not less than INR 72.00 Lakhs.
OR
(ii)Two contracts of value not less than INR 45.00 Lakhs each.
OR
(iii)Three contracts of value not less than INR 36.00 Lakhs each
Note: The word #executed# means that the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified in the above QR within preceding Seven (07) years period even if the contract has been started earlier and /or is not completed /closed.
8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without
assigning any |
reason whatsoever and |
in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have |
any claim arising out of such |
action. |
