3.0Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the

stipulated bid	submission closing	date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security
and Integrity	Pact (if applicable)	shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at Mouda or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site

(https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the			bidder would require
vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained	by submitting a questionnaire		available at our SRM
site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not		allotted any vendor code are required to
approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale	Close date	alongwith duly filled in questionnare for
issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

The scope of the contract includes collection & transportation of various types of materials/ miscellaneous goods from

anywhere in India to NTPC Mouda Stores located at	Mouda, Dist. Nagpur, Maharashtra or at a point of its use within
the jurisdiction of NTPC Mouda and vice versa on	part load/ full load basis by mini truck/ LCV, truck/ torus and

trailers. Materials/ miscellaneous goods includes items such as machinery, chemical, spares, equipment, consumables, steel,

cement, furniture, general engineering items, fragile items, repaired		items i.e., all	type of	items	required	for our Plant.
The	freight amount shall be calculated based on the quoted rates	in BOQ and	as per	Other	Terms &	Conditions of
Contract.
6.0	Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of
bidding documents.
7.0	Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
The	bidders are required to fulfil the following:

(a)The bidder should be a bank approved transporter as on date of publication of NIT (Documentary evidence to be submitted with offer).

(b)The bidder should have an office/godown at Mouda, Dist: Nagpur, Maharashtra or shall give an undertaking to open the same within 30 days from the date of issue of award letter.

(c)(i) The bidder should be having minimum 100 offices/branch locations throughout India which inter-alia shall include

offices at all metro cities like Kolkata/ Delhi/ Mumbai/ Chennai/ Bangalore/ Ahmedabad & other places like Trichy/ Ranipet/ Hyderabad/ Jabalpur/ Bhubaneshwar/ Cuttack/ Sambalpur/ Varanasi/ Hardwar/ Bhopal/ Indore/ Raipur/ Bhilai/ Bilaspur/ Rewa/ Pune/ Thane/ Aurangabad/ Surat/ Vadodara/ Nagpur/ Goa/ Dadra&Nagar Haveli/ NOIDA/ Gurgaon/ Ghaziabad/ Solan(HP)/ Singrauli(UP)/ Hubli/ Coimbatore/ Trivandrum/ Jamshedpur etc.

(ii)Any number of booking offices, branches in a city/ location shall be deemed as one branch/ office only. No franchise or agreement for transportation purpose by the bidder with other transporter(s) shall be considered as a branch.

The branch/ office list with detail address of the branch/ office with the Name of contact person, phone no. etc. is to be submitted by the bidder duly authenticated under common seal of the bidder along with the offer as a proof of the same.

(d)The bidder should have contract(s) of #Road Transportation of General Cargo# with reputed industry/ organization as

mentioned below, during last seven (07) years as on date of bid opening in:

i.Single contract of value not less than INR 171.00 Lakhs.

ii.Two contracts of value not less than INR 107.00 Lakhs each.

iii.Three contracts of value not less than INR 86.00 Lakhs each.

(e) The average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the preceding three (03) financial years as on date of bid opening shall not be less than INR 107 Lakhs (Rupees One Hundred Seven Lakhs only).

Note: The word #executed# means that the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified in the above QR within preceding Seven (07) years period even if the contract has been started earlier and / or is not completed / closed.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without

assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
