3.0Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the

stipulated bid	submission closing	date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security
and Integrity	Pact (if applicable)	shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at DISTT :- BHARUCH or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site

(https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the			bidder would require
vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained	by submitting a questionnaire		available at our SRM
site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not		allotted any vendor code are required to
approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale	Close date	alongwith duly filled in questionnare for
issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

Design, Manufacture, Testing, Packing and Transportation of filters required for Gas Turbine Air Intake system are in the scope of Party.

6.0	Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of
bidding documents.
7.0	Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

Technical		Criteria:
1)	The Applicant should be OEM of Air Intake System (cylindrical or Conical Type) of Gas Turbine or manufacturer of
Air	Intake	Filters cartridges (cylindrical or Conical Type) of Gas Turbine.

2)The applicant should have in-house automatic machine for pleating of filter media.

3)The applicant should have in-house testing facilities as per ARAMCO materials system specification No.32-AMSS-008 / ASHRAE 52.2:2007 / EN 779:2012 / EN 1822:2009.

4) The applicant should have supplied at least one set of Air Intake Filter cartridges (Cylindrical / Conical Type) using filter media such as FA-343/ FA-352/ FA-6176 / FA-6405/ FA-8267/ FA-8367/ FA-6279 (Hollingsworth & Vose) or Duratech spider web or HEPA or Depth loading filter media or 100% Synthetic media F-9 class, for Gas Turbines of 90

MW (ISO rating) capacity or more, e.g. Simemens	V94.2, MGI 701D, Alstom 13D2 &13E1 and GE	Frame 9E, etc.
Gas Turbine during the preceding seven years ending	as on the last day of the month previous to the NIT	publication.

Financial:

Average annual turnover during the last three years ending on 31st march-2015 (2012-13, 2013-14, 2014-15 should be at least INR: 39.59 Lacs.

Experience of having successfully executed similar works* during last seven years ending as on the last day of the month previous to the NIT publication.

Three orders of INR: 23.76 Lacs each.

Two orders of INR: 29.70 Lacs each.

One order of INR: 47.51 Lacs.

Note:

Similar works means Supply of Air Intake Filter elements for an Industrial Gas Turbine.

Or Supply of Air Intake System of Gas Turbine to the main package contract.

General:

i.The bidder should have valid PAN from Income Tax Department. & PF Code issued by PF Commissioner.

ii.Party shall submit the copy/ copies of purchase orders and other related documents based on which bidder claims for qualification.

iii.NTPC has the right to access the capability and capacity of the bidder, if deemed necessary.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without

assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
