QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS

1.0BRIEF SCOPE OF WORK :

Rate Contract for maintenance of Fly Ash, Bottom Ash, AWRS and Decantation System.

2.0 DURATION OF CONTRACT : 12 Months.

3.0FINANCIAL CRITERIA : -

Turn Over :- The average annual turnover of the bidder in the bidder in the preceding three (03) financial years shall not be less than Rs.37.17 Lakh.

TECHNICAL QR :-

a)The bidder should have executed as on document submission cut-off date at least one similar work of

value not less than Rs.29.74 Lakh OR

b)The bidder should have executed as on submission cut-off date at least two similar works of value not less than Rs.18.59 Lakh OR

c)The bidder should have executed as on submission cut-off date at least three similar works of value not less than Rs.14.87 Lakh.

Similar Work Means:

The bidder must have experience of having successfully executed the work of maintenance / overhauling of Ash handling system including ash slurry pipe line maintenance or ESP or bottom ash in a Thermal Power Plant of capacity 60 MW or above during the last 07 years.

Credential of exclusive pipeline maintenance / structural fabrication shall not be considered as similar work.

Notes:

a)The work “executed” means that the bidder should have achieved the progress specified in the QR even if the total contract is not completed / closed. The same shall be supported by documentary evidence.

b)Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.

c)In case, where audited results of the last preceding financial year are not available, certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall also be considered acceptable.
