5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail
REPAIR AND REHABILITATION OF STAGE-I NDCT RING BEAM AT NTPC-SIMHADRI.
6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.
7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
PACKAGE: REPAIR AND REHABILITATION OF STAGE-I NDCT RING BEAM# AT NTPC- SIMHADRI.
1.0Qualifying requirements:
1.1The bidder should have experience of having successfully executed contracts, of value indicated below, involving Construction, Repair and Rehabilitation of RCC structures like Buildings of minimum height 12 mtr., OR Chimney OR Cooling towers OR Jetty
OR Road Bridges OR Railway Bridges OR Dams OR a combination of these during the last seven (07) years, as on the date of bid
opening: |

A) Single contract of value not less than |
Rs.135.37 Lakhs OR |
B) Two contracts of value not less than |
Rs.84.60 Lakhs each OR |
C) Three contracts of value not less than Rs. 67.68 Lakhs each
1.2 a) The bidder should submit documentary proof of having executed the works mentioned at 1.1 above.
b) The bidder should have independent PF code issued by RPFC, valid PAN Number and Service Tax Registration. 1.3 Financial Criteria:
1.3.1 The average annual turnover of the Bidder, in the preceding three (3) financial years as on the date of bid opening shall not be less than Rs.338.42 Lakhs (Rupees Three Crore Thirty Eight Lakhs and Forty Two thousand only).
8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
