3.0 Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at KAHALGAON or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0 Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail A) SCOPE OF WORK

1.Contractor has to deploy 41 seater mini bus (hence forth called bus) for all the day of calendar months as per requirement on 24 hrs basis.

2.Station duty bus shall have clearly writing as #NTPC Station Duty Bus# on both sides and other necessary instructions should be written on the buses as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

3.Bus deployed shall run on the route as defined by EIC with a maximum of 25 (twenty five) nos. stops per trip to pick the passengers on route.

4.In the start of Contract, route of bus shall be finalized by the EIC with the representative of Vendor along with the distance travelled in Kms and that shall be binding for the period of contract. In case of any deviation/ change in route, re-finalization of the route distance will be carried by EIC and vendor representative.

5.The party has to deploy two drivers and two cleaners on bus on 12 hours basis.

6.For overnight stay beyond 30 KM radius of KhSTPP @ Rs. 200.00 per night shall be paid by NTPC.

7.The rate quoted by the tenderer (bidder) shall be inclusive of service tax and cost towards driver, khalasi, spares, consumables, as other statutory taxes, road tax, insurance, contract carriage permit etc. duties, levies, all repairs, all T&Ps, overheads, profit and all incidental expenses not specifically mentioned but reasonably implied and necessary to carry the job completely according to the contract.

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

9. Qualifying Requirements of Bidders:

01. All the buses to be deployed must be 2011 and onward model with at least 41 seats (excluding driver seat) and

(i)The bidder must have ownership of at least 01 no. of such bus in his name or in the name of his firm as on date of bid opening.

(ii)If the bidder does not have 1 no of such bus in his name or in the name of his firm then he must produce a letter of undertaking that if the work is awarded to the bidder, he will purchase and deploy 1 no. of such bus within 30 days from the date of issue of LOI (Letter of Intent) / Po (Purchase Order) whichever is earlier.

(OR)

The bidder can produce an agreement for tie up with other bus owners for deployment of such bus under the subject contract. In such case, the other bus owner shall have 1st registration of such 41 seater bus of not earlier than 2011 model in his name or in the name of his firm.

02. The bidder must have executed the job of deployment of at least 01 no. 41 seater bus in #NTPC/State Electricity Board/Govt. or Semi Govt./PSU/reputed private organization/ reputed public school/ reputed tourism organization/ three star or above rating hotels# at least for 02(two) years during last seven(07) years ending last day of month previous to the one in which applications are invited and should have executed either of the following :-

(a)Three executed contracts each costing not less than Rs.7.36 Lakhs.

(b)Two executed contracts each costing not less than Rs.9.20 lakhs.

03. The bidder should posses Service Tax Registration Number and independent PF code allotted by Regional Provident fund Commissioner.

04. Average annual financial turnover during last three financial years as on the date of bid opening shall be at least Rs.9.20 lakhs.

Note:

a)The word #executed# means that the bidder should have executed the work of specified value in qualifying requirement even if the total contract is not completed / closed. The same shall be supported by the documentary evidence.

b)Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.

c) In cases where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available, certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall also be considered acceptable.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
