3.0Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the

stipulated bid

submission closing

date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security

and Integrity

Pact (if applicable)

shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at Salakati or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site

(https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the

bidder would require

vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained

by submitting a questionnaire

available at our SRM

site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not

allotted any vendor code are required to

approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale

5.0

Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

 

 

 

Scope of work includes Job contract for CHP

operation and

associated activities i.e Performing Operation

of

Stacker/Re-claimer, Dozer, wagon tippler, Control

room, Electrical

system, Crusher house, Transfer point 1 &2

&

Helpers.

 

 

 

The basic objective of this contract is to operate/ provide assistance for trouble free Bunker Coal feeding, preventing coal spillage & coal dust accumulations causing obstruction to the running equipment or conveyors.

Scope of Work and Terms & Conditions for the contract is for guidelines only, exact instructions will be given by Engineer-In-Charge or Shift-Charge-Engineer as per requirement.

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

The bidders who wish to participate in the bidding shall satisfactorily establish that they fulfill the following Qualifying Requirements:-

1.0 The bidder should have successfully executed

the

operational job of Material Handling Plant during last 7 years

ending last day of the month previous to the date of

NIT

having minimum contract values as indicated below:

One order valuing not less than Rs. 37.54Lacs.

Or

Two orders valuing not less than Rs. 23.47 Lacs each.

Or

Three orders valuing not less than Rs. 18.77 Lacs, each.

Financial Criteria: The average annual financial turnover of

the bidder in the preceding

(03) years i.e.

2011-12,

2012-13

& 2013-14

as on the date of bid opening shall be not less than Rs. 46.93 Lacs.

 

 

 

 

NOTE: (i) Other

Income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.

 

 

 

 

(ii) The word #executed# means that the

bidder should have

achieved the progress specified in the QR

at

para

1.0 even

if the total

order

is not completed/closed.

The same shall be

supported by documentary

evidence issued

by

the owner.

(iii)The bidder shall submit documentary evidence/proof of meeting qualifying requirements stipulated above.

(iv)The bidder should have Service Tax/Sales Tax Registration Number/ PAN Number.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without

assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have

any claim arising out of such

action.
