Name Of Work: ARC for Maintenance of Heavy mobile equipments of CHP.
INTRODUCTION:
NTPC/Talcher Kaniha Super Thermal Power Station is located in Kaniha block under Talcher subdivision of Angul District of Odisha.

Nearest Airport # Bhubaneswar (180 Kms)

BRIEF SCOPE OF WORK:
The equipments covered under this contract are BEML- D155 Dozers (07 nos), Loader Backholes (03 nos), Fork Lift (04 nos), Battery operated trolley (02 nos) and Skid Steer Loader (01 no)
6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

2.0FINANCIAL CRITERIA:

of the bidder in the preceding three (3) completed financial years ending |

NOTES :
1.The word/ order executed means that the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified in the QR, even if the total contract is not completed / closed. In case of contracts under execution as on last date of the month proceeding the month of publication of NIT, the value of work executed till such date will be considered provided the same is certified
by the employer. |

9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without
assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.

E.Benefits to MSEs : Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) registered with District Industries Centres or Khadi and
Village Industries Commission or Khadi and Village Industries Board or Coir Board or National Small Industries Corporation or Directorate of Handicrafts and Handloom or any other body specified by Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises as per MSMED Act 2006, for goods produced and services rendered, shall be issued the bidding documents free of cost and shall be exempted from paying Earnest Money Deposit.
The benefit as above to MSEs shall be available only for goods / services produced & provided by MSEs for which they are registered.
MSEs seeking exemption and benefits should enclose a attested / self certified copy of valid registration certificate, giving details such as validity, stores/ services etc. failing which they run the risk of their bid being passed over as ineligible for the benefits applicable to MSEs.

4.First EMD envelope shall be opened. Technical Bids of bidders who have submitted EMD in acceptable form to NTPC shall be opened online next. If the bidder qualifies as per the QR and terms and conditions of NIT, their price bid shall be opened on the scheduled date as notified in NIT or on the date to be intimated after evaluation of technical bids.
5.No deviation will be allowed on price basis, period of completion, deduction of security deposit and other statutory
deductions. Bids with such deviation shall be considered as |

7.Notwithstanding anything stated above, NTPC reserve the right to assess bidder#s capability and capacity to perform the contract, should the circumstance warrant such assessment in overall interest of the owner.
8.NTPC reserve the right to reject or accept any tender without assigning any reasons thereof.
